Why i feel like tbat 1/4 cup sugar in cream cheese is too much as the brownied are also really sweet. I have watched 50+ recipes. And they all use 1/4 cup of sugar in creamcheese. Can you tell me if using 1/4 makes the cream cheese sweeter? Cuz i dont want it sweeter. I want them slightly salty and balanced sweet just like the taste of tetra pack creams.
