I love that Spiderman's first instinct when in group fights is to always save his teammates from harm rather than continuing the attack. e.g. catching Rhodey here and catching Mantis against Thanos.

Also if you rewatch it, to that point everyone tried to minimized damages to the airfield but Ant Man and Scarlet Witch go full destruction: throw gas tanker grenades, create cars avalanche and break the wing of the airplane, caused hundreds of passengers missed their flight for at least a day.

The plot is fine but you make a good point about how destroying the quinjet would have been smarter and my answer to that is: smarter solutions rarely make for better entertainment unless your movies are based around science or strategy.
Vision wasn't really on any side, he was just carrying out actions, he barely interfered in this fight and and he could've ended it if he wanted so him not destroying the quinjet was a part of him wanting Cap to escape

2:10 Honestly both Rhodey and Vision's sense of logic were a bit strange here. Steve and Bucky were running towards the hangar, so Vision decided to cut down an entire tower. Thankfully Wanda held it up, until Rhodey used that sonic blast on her so that she dropped it while Steve and Bucky were right under it! They might be supersoldiers, but I don't think that getting buried under several tons of rubble would have been good for either of them. Makes you wonder whether the guys on Team Iron Man were trying to kill their opponents or not.

And about War Machine, well I guess the idea is that the super soldiers were going to stop running when the thing started to fall. Shit, they were 6 meters away when Wanda stopped holding it. Robert downy jr is my favorite actor in the MCU. He just plays tony stark, well, Perfect.

Huh, something I just noticed is that Rhodeys sonic cannon weapon is a miniaturized version of the ones that General Ross used on the Hulk in the hulks movie. This makes sense since they were designed by Stark Industries.

The Avengers are civilians that get into several countries without asking authorization and make a fucking mess, chaos in those countries. Also, they bring the fucking Hulk to those countries. And considering what happened in the beginning of Civil War in Wakanda that even made the king mad, Tchalla would agree with the accords here.

Is anyone else bugged by ant man physics. Hank Pym said that his formula simply changes the space between molecules (affects the density basically). Therefore antmans mass and by extension weight do not change. Yet when he's tiny, you can't feel him on you (implying he's very lightweight) and while he's giant, he can crush things no problem (implying he's really heavy). Marvel really overlooked basic physics and I personally find it to be quite annoying. There's so much more I could say but there's a chance I'm the only one bothered by this
I love that after five previous Spider-Man movies Marvel Studios knew we didn't need his origin again. So they just slide him in as an extra in this movie.
I hope The MCU lasts long enough to see Peter fully grown and they find a way for him to eventually retire and pass the torch to Miles Moralis many years down the road.
