I read somewhere that was Ben struggling to stay in character and they left it in. Stargate was great for some adlib moments that made it to final cut.
I love how he gave Mitchell the "Look" after that "fat kid in a candy store" comment. He shut that bullshit down immediately and I couldn't respect Landry more for that.
@@aethertech The people who made SG1, SGA, SGU (MGM and the production team) are working to get a fourth stargate series made. They're currently waiting for a streaming service to pick it up (Amazon, netflix, apple etc). There difference there is from this and killing Star Trek is that the orignal people who produced the Stargate series would be working on it.
@@trazyntheinfinite9895 doubtful tbh. It would be the original writers of the show. The only reason I can see "woke" happening is if the show went on a platform like Netflix. The show would be better off on Amazon prime tbh.
Yes, but... A... old habits die hard B... continuing to show respect for a person when not forced by protocol is a good way to convey you actually respect them as person and not just a superior rank. C...A if there is still confusion.
One of the best episodes hands down and the look on Mitchell’s face was absolutely priceless 😁

I kept waiting for Mitchel to go and get a shotgun. "Roast duck sounds great sir!"

Oh all the things to get to him, not bullets, but a common phrase
With a mating call like that, no wonder they're endangered.
General, thank you for coming! You flew F-4's in Vietnam, you have a daughter named Caroline, you're wild about Fulvous whistling ducks...
Brilliant. Hammond will always be the best but have to admit, Beau Bridges is a special guy
The general almost cut Mitchell in the face for that big boy comment.
He is the ultimate Troll.
How many times did they have to do this scene? Until it wasn't funny anymore? hehe!
haha
Please, let there be a mission ...
that's a real duck, an actual duck.
When is the next series of this Franchise finally going into production? I'm done waiting!
just as soon as the writers and producers finish killing star trek....
