Of course they are just joking but does Mitchel posses the ATA gene?
Yes, and his Gene is very strong too. The writers wanted him to be the lead in Atlantis but the actor Ben Browder was still filming Farscape: The Peacekeeper War, thus the character of John Sheppard was created and Cameron Mitchell joined SG-1 instead.
Tealc KNEW THE ASSIGNMENT. :)
Until figured out?
My headcanon is that this is entirely true, but they were making Mitchell think they were messing with him.
Best Show. EVER
Lol ! If Jack is Daddy then who's his momma ?
Well we can assume it's NOT Vala so ...
Plot twist they weren’t joking
In glorious 240 :)
OH, I’M GETTIN’ PUNKED, AREN’T I!?
Does anyone realize the two hippies they meet she was pregnant. And that as a possibility that his parents!!!!
He was being Massively Punked.
Teal’s did more to give credibility to that prank in two words than Daniel and Sam put together.
@starfire2rav I wonder how many people went back and watch the episode "1969" to look for Jack's "blast in the past" ;)
I love how they muck classic tv Tropes at that Episode
Why do I not remember this bit. 🤣🤣🤣
Classified.
Indeed.
I wonder what 30185 was in lore
@muffinjinreturns I still kind if don't get it.I know they where kidding about jack, but what happened exactly? I mean I'm still In the dark. I looked at the episode and I still don't get it. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
Had me going..
People at risk,
there is no such thing as classified
oh great, then the kid is older than the father (you know the clone)
The movie makes this funnier. Except it's parodoxal. He goes back and saves everyone. Meeting his gramps, that he also played.😅
So, General Jack O'Neill (a Colonel at the time) was doing some extracurricular activities in 1969????? Figures 🙂
I want to see this episode of SG1 now. Fancy B25 being punked by the whole team of SG1 and General Landry. Coo! I am curious.
You can watch it right now on the YT Channel of Stargate Command
WHAT EPISODE WERE THEY TALKING ABOUT?
JOHN DENVER 1969 Its still not clear to me on their joke. But they met a man who was drafted and I think he was the father of Mitchell. But the part of Jack being his daddy was a joke I believe. The part where they talk about how Jack took an interest in his life was partly true cuz Jack bonded over the guy who was drafted. Kinda. Well all of SG-1 did but eh it's the best explanation I can come up with.
If someone knows the truth please tell me.
JOHN DENVER 1969, back in time
pmsl! love it! gonna go watch 200 now.
Wait a minute, Are they being serious or is this a punking? Because i remember that episode its referring to.
They are just messing around with him. There is a secret mission report but it's not about Mitchell or 1969.
Damn they did him dirty lol.
This a movie bro
He would know cause his grandfather was Captain of the Cargo Vessel Achilles. The same ship that brought the Stargate to America in 1939.
Or maybe he went home to get the photo to confirm it was his granddaddy after they told him this. 😂
But wasn't his grandfather actually a time-split copy of himself who went back in time to make sure the gate got to America? Or was it just because they had him playing the two roles in that episode?
@@MonkeyJedi99 2 roles. At the end there is a photo of both the captain and Cam side by side.
