The surviving humans already crossed the boundary to an unknown universe or dimension. If this is true then how there were humans in Utopia?.

Great video mate, nice to see more cybermen stuff from people. Just one bug as you mispronounced orion. Apart from that you did well You would pronounce it like or-i-in
This is my head canon, in the early years there was one race of cybermen these where the mondasian crewmen, following the great schism of the early cybermen this began the first divergence, the Cybermondans and the Cybermondasians the Cybermondasians remained on Mondas and focused on returning mondas to the SOL system. The Cybermondans believed in the conquest and expansion of the cyber race and for all races to join the perfection of the machine, these early cybermen began their conquest of the Aelos Sector, Conquering the Planets Kerlos, Telos and Anelos, the inhabitants of these worlds put up a fierce resistance and it was discovered that the primitive mondasians suits of the Cybermondans was no longer effective, after conquering telos and establishing the master hibernation vault their they focused on the other planets in the sector, these New CyberTelosians where much more advanced than their primitive counterparts on mondas, adopting full cybernetic systems, these Cybermen began their quest to conquer the galaxy and began to spread across the universe, eventually the remnants of these Cybermen where sealed in their tomb by a pesky black short man with a two companions he called himself the doctor, at the same time the cybertelosians suffered yet another schism, this faction became known as the Cyberfaction, they sought to establish a new cyber breeding colony on earth, their first attempt with the wheel in space failed after the same meddling man called the doctor vanquished them, Around this time they had found the ability to time travel due to the capture of a time vessel from the Archivist Mendon, who was subsequently Converted to cyberkind, these new Cyberfaction Cybermen were designed for combat operations and where first used to try and invade Earth in the early 20th century, however due to the efforts of the Doctor and his meddling this invasion failed, however 30 million late Cyberfaction soldiers remained in cryogenic stasis aboard their ships, these Cybermen would become the first generation of Cyber Nomads, these cybernomads realising that their numbers where dwindling, needed to boost their numbers, the human colony on agora was the perfect breeding colony, with the fittest 500 humans taken for conversion every year. This along with the cyber nomads other breeding colony’s allowed for a ready supply of human materials for conversion for the war in Orion, the Cybermen where on the verge of extinction as they where down to the last fleet humanity had prevailed over the metal monsters due to the invention of the glitter gun. Which fired gold plasma at the Cybermen destroying their respiratory systems and killing them. Around the 23rd century the Cyber Nomads drifted into the Aelos sector their numbers depleted, when they came across a cyber distress signal from a Rocky planet called telos, upon investigation by the remaining nomads they found the remains of the cybertelosians master hibernation vault and began working with the damaged cybertelosians to merge their technology to form a new cyber race the cyberneomorphs, who realised total suppression of emotions was an illogical idea as to defeat one’s enemy you must first understand one’s enemy. These Cybermen also stole a time ship in the late 2550s from Stratton and Bates two time travelling mercenaries who were contacted by the Kryons for assistance, upon landing their ship on telos both men where captured and converted, except the conversion process failed due to a lack of resources on the neomorphs part, a cohort travelled back to 1985 earth to retrieve a time travelling ship from the torch wood institute to prevent the destruction of their beloved home planet mondas. However a sandy haired iteration of the man they called the doctor destroyed the master hibernation vault on telos along with the master controller, the remains neomorphs became the isomorphs and attempted to destroy the doctor by capturing the silver nemesis and using it to convert earth into a new cyber race. This failed and the remaining Isomorphs drifted through space, on an alternate earth a Mad scientist named John Lumic had created a new race of Cybermen. These Cybermen attempted to invade Earth in 2006 only to be defeated. They where sucked into the void with some landing on 1850s earth and the remainder landing on krelos, these cybermen reawakened the sleeping neomorphs and combined their technology to form the cyber legion, who had the intellect of the neomorphs and the ferocity of the Cybusmen. In the 29th century the 2nd Cyberwars began and ended with the near collapse of the cyberium only a semi converted cyberform named Ashad restored the cyberium to full strength only to be destroyed and cloned by another time lord named the master. After this the remaining Cybermen fled to a planet and where upgraded to overcome any weakness thrown at them these remaining Cybermen known as the cyberiad, are the most potent Cybermen ever, with only one being needed to convert an entire planet. These are the cyber chronicles and you will be upgraded

Okay I have a dumb question. I realize gold is a super soft, non-conductive metal which is highly lethal to the Cyberman's respiratory system, at least of the Nomad variants, and thus the Glittergun is basically blasting them with their own version of kryptonite. And I certainly understand why the Human Empire would want to start equipping their forces with such a weapon. But I don't see how it, or the Vogons, could have titled the fortunes of war. Especially if the Cyber-Empire could field warships that even centuries after the war are a magical box of secrets to the Human Empire. Either the Human Empire had the technology and/or number of warships to defeat the Cyber Navies, in which case the glittergun should be mostly an academic footnote, or they don't and the Cybermen should be able to sweep humanities starships away and pulverize human worlds at their leisure from orbit without ever risking a Cyberman life on the ground.

Cybermen can be beaten by humans. Daleks however... control large parts of the universe. The only reason they disappeared from the universe was because they went to fight against the Time Lords. Speaking of Time Lords, the Daleks matched them blow by blow and maintained a stalemate across all eternity waging temporal warfare (time rewritten again and again by both sides) and broke the stalemate when the Time Lords exhausted their resources ( Day of the Doctor was the Daleks coming in for the kill). Even after being decimated by the Doctors the Daleks returned to the universe from the Time War and re-established their empire and rule large parts of the universe with their "New Paradigm". Cybermen can't fight Time Lords. The Time Lords are one of fiction's most powerful species. If you can stalemate Time Lords and their crazy time manipulation tech you are PRETTY high tier.
