This song is so fire. No one really makes songs like this anymore. Music in general has fell WAY off. But at least we've been given these masterpieces to keep going back to.
There's a little revival happening. We have modern bands like The Bad Dreamers and The Midnight bringing back the sounds/feel of the 80s and 90s at least. And doing an excellent job at it. It'll never be like it was, but it's better than nothing!

Brieanna Henry nah lady your generation needs ass whooping
Here it is.
You're a Zoomer/Gen Z I take it?! You guys are descendants of the Baby Boomers but just my technologically advanced that's all. Billy is a Boomer as well so why not?! Millenials/Gen Y are too weak and pc and myself a Gen X/Xennial are the failed and forgotten gen so no chance on our part. You guys are so similar to Boomers having their sensibilities and attributes etc. Don't let failed gens like the Millenials/Y's take you down over their uselessness!! Your gen can do it and you are the only gen that can do it if you are indeed a Zoomer/Z etc.
@@TheAxelay No.
Great song great voice I like this song so much since I was in high school 1988. By the who is the woman in this video clip? She is so beautiful.
Ahhh, Billy was the man! What has happened to pop music?
ALL hail Billy Ocean!
I was in 2nd grade when this song was released. Seems like just yesterday.
I miss the 80s.
I was in 3rd grade with not a worry in the world. And I also remember listening to billy ocean on the radio, especially this song! The 80's was the best decade for music.
Billy ocean always had the best music career of his life ❤I always thought 😊
BEST days of my life!!!...what a decade!!!
Lovin' this song. Has that funky style and bass sound and that sax hits me in the nostalgia area. It's also very dance worthy obviously, very upbeat and happy. Just like I'd expect music to be!
This song is a masterpiece
One of my favorite soundtrack songs of my childhood and movies " License to Drive"
Wow beautiful song thank you 💙
Best music ever... There is nothing going to be like that anymore. I WISH TO GET BACK IN THE 80 s And never come back.
So true. They don't write 'em like that anymore
This is my favorite song and it was my ringtone for years. I feel like I am born in the wrong generation. I like music that is real music (like this) and not some nonsense that isn't fit to be called a song. I absolutely love everything about the 50s and 80s! I was born in 1989 but I am often told that I am an old soul. They just don't make good music like this anymore 😢
You’ve been there for a year, you good?
Oh right, RUclips didn’t exist, so now you would’ve never been reminded of this song.
Have fun in the 80s I guess..
You and me both.
Nothing cures my depression like this banger
This video is so much fun. Love the 80s
Me 80s were the best 🎉
Awesome Billy Ocean classic !! I was a little kid when this song came out. It still hypes me up presently !!💥👍👍👍
Billy Ocean had an incredible voice. 80s music is by far the best music out there.
Hello 👋🏼 Dina Purto
for sure always go to the 80s music concert when they are around
One of the best songs to play to be happy
Grandpa Billy is touring???
They really knew how to deploy the saxophone in the 80s
I love the way he pulls up and says to a complete stranger "hey you, get into my car". Then her coworkers are all excited for her like she hit some kind of jackpot! LMAO! Great song and video!
👀🤣😂🤣😂😜 yup she agreed so he’s fine 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
It's Billy ocean showing up in a 911 turbo, can pull it off.
But don’t try this today! 😂🤣
I mean he's a non stop lover and a non stop miracle so you can't argue with that
It's the porsche, it doesn't work out so well in a Ford taurus station wagon
What a sweet memory, hearing this song, in Disco pub, dancing n drinking, on sat; night, age 23 than. Now 55. 70s till early 90s .....best of times & music. Really good old days!!
Not being funny but does anyone realise how bloody ahead of its time this track is its actually 🔥 and still a banger to this DAY til this Day til this Day as deontay wilder would say so creative for over 40 years old
I mean it's pretty much peak 80s. The lyrics alone would get you cancelled today.
it's not 40 years old yet
So suave. These kids now a days don't know what cool is
Right On You Said It!
You know you made it in the 80s when a cartoon started singing with you
You mean "Mary Poppins" (1964) or “Anchors Aweigh” (1945) or “The Incredible Mr. Limpet” (1964) or “Cool World” (1992) or....
Yes.
I read that his grown daughter tours with him, now days. He just came to Tulsa Oklahoma. Too bad I missed his show..
33 years later, if you're watching this you are a legend !
We are all legends! 😁
Hey YOU..get into my car..🤣🥰
🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲❤
😅😅😅😅😅😅 apparently
Será?
Yes, Billy Ocean was British (English ?) steering wheel on the right in the auto. I LOVE his music, gentle and dynamic talent, knows the ins and outs of emotion of vocal talent. Bless you Billy, as you grow older and better . We LOVE you for all time ! Thank you.
He's actually from Trinidad
He is trinidadian
It just makes me want to throw an 80s only party music and fashion from 80s only!
ooooh shit why wasn't I born in the sixties so that I could enjoy my youth in the 80s. when music was music .. yaaaas
I wonder the same damn thing. I was born in 1981.
1983 and I feel old a.f. already! I doubt anyone wants to be over 30, lol. I remember music as far back as 1986-87, which makes me feel even worse now.
you know kiddo any moment is a moment when we can collaboratively agree on what it means...
some of the old social lites went under neon light and faded away; so the light of the torch which shone the way is now a lighter gray...so its shame be shamed for the idea of respected name in fair game,; for hope to find gain,a place and rest its head upon a grain and danced with angles on pens head.this is a set..dred brother dred ,,,he be waiting ,all was lead to death by death by hand hands,,,for power to be perceived- loss must be perpetual, to rule supreme it must yield respectively relatively to the immediate and conceptual - in proper measure for its only slaves that are bought in to the world through necessity..and indignity...so shaking,, it! we learnt to cope a fare glen muse..a better me to bring to you
so bless are those that see and hear their brothers as instruments of hope.. for its gods schemes and kitchen cream//fear him not the dream
I think that Billy Ocean is one of the best singers !!! I love this song 👏😀
hellllll yesssss
This song is so fire. No one really makes songs like this anymore. Music in general has fell WAY off. But at least we've been given these masterpieces to keep going back to.
There's a little revival happening. We have modern bands like The Bad Dreamers and The Midnight bringing back the sounds/feel of the 80s and 90s at least. And doing an excellent job at it. It'll never be like it was, but it's better than nothing!
Oh ots Fia
I tried this line, but changed a bit: "Hey, you! Get into my van!"
Awaiting my second parole hearing next week.
Best of luck of prison
😂😂
Hope you didn´t do that in front of a kindergarten.
DENIED!
Lol
Here 1/21/25!!! Hapoy birthday Leslie Sebastian Chareles aka Bilky Ocean 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🥳🥳🥳🎊🎊🎊
I never get tired listening to this song.
This man is one of my all time favorites....always a sweet, upbeat song. Dance his ass off. A very positive in and out of life. When I hear his songs....this is exactly the way I feel....
Debby Kiehner. He is one of my favourite singers too.His songs are also very romantic.🙌😘
You are one right lady!!! Love this guy.....makes me dance when I hear his songs. I'm in a good mood all day long.
Thank you!I also sing not just dance :)
They are really feel good songs.
They just don't make music like this anymore.
I do too!!!
Yep, Tracks ......makes my day!!!! Hope you have the best!
