Outstanding review. It answered the questions that Amazon and Golf Monthly didn't provide. I like that there was a lot of detail explained simply. IT helped me made the choice to order this bad today. The Einstein comment was awesome because I'm left handed and do those type of things all the the time. I hope your surgery went well. Most hip surgeries are pretty straight forward. Do the rehab and you'll be fine.
I love this cart - the only problem I have with it is getting the umbrella to stay in the holder. It doesnt seem to have a tightening mechanism on the actual umbrella
I ended up getting the upgraded umbrella holder. It holds the umbrella better and allows it to tilt in different positions. It's a bit bulky to keep mounted to the cart, so I only bring it when rain is in the forecast.
Thanks for video. I just got mine, and also noticed that the lock only engages the back right wheel. Since there is no pin that pops out to stop the back left wheel, wouldn't that lead to the cart sliding on steep hills? Just wanted to make sure the design is intentional. Thanks in advance!
@@twalsh27 I've had no issue with the cart sliding on steep hills. Sometimes it pivots on the locked wheel a little, but nothing alarming. Still very happy with this push cart and love the easy opening and closing.
Does only the right rear wheel lock? Or are they both supposed to lock. Just bought it and put it together and felt like the break should be for both wheels.
Yes, but some stand bags fit awkwardly. They sit up high from the bottom rest. Throws off the center of gravity. Those I've tried work, but are not ideal. I use a cart bag as seen in the video.
If you were to choose between this, clicgear, and sun mountain v1r, which would you go with after having this? My only concern is the button seems flimsy in the store
I'm really happy with this cart, but think I would have liked the other two as well. I think I would give the clicgear another look if I had to choose again. I think it might be more durable, and seems to keep the bag in a lower position, which would help prevent tipping (which I've not experienced with the nitron). Also the clicgear has some desirable accessories (various umbrella holders for example) that would make it a good choice.

Thank you for the quick review. Just unboxed mine from Amazon today, appreciate some tips from a real user. Good luck with your surgery
Use the little bungee that holds the phone and swing it over the clip for the score card. That holds that little cubby closed when it's all folded up.
great video -- super helpful. thanks so much for taking the time to film and post. hope you're recovered and doing well.
"Take it out, determine that you can never reach that flag, and uh...just put it back in." Hahaha! Been there.
Good video. Do your rehab. My knees and hips are wore out. Praying for you!
Geez Dave hip surgery. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Love the video as always. All the best
I already liked the looks of this cart. Now I’m sold. Great video! Thank you
Thank you. I used it today as a matter of fact and still love it.
Thank you! Just bought this cart...and wanted to make sure I know the features.

@@fit2yougolf926 Which one is that?
@@paulcullen9308 Search Amazon for Bag Boy Umbrella Holder and it should come up. That's where I got it, around $30.

Thank you, helpful video. Best luck with your hip surgery.
Thanks, doing well and looking forward to using this push cart again.
Thank you for the review - Can you lock the wheels in the closed position. I have a van and it looks like this may roll around while traveling.
Not really because the mechanism only locks the left wheel. The right and front wheels will stay turn freely
Thanks for the review.
Thanks, very helpful!
All the best in your surgery. Mend quickly! You are young yet ...
Thanks Gene. I blame a decade of martial arts in middle age for the hip issues! Looking forward to golf with better mobility and no pain.

The brake activates just one wheel on mine. Perhaps they have updated the design. Nonetheless, it works well!
I just got mine yesterday and it’s only the right rear wheel.
Thanks for this!
Thank you!
I’d like to see the alignment of the front wheel.
Unfortunately I no longer have the instructions that came with the cart on how to change the alignment. But they are very clear!
Does the elastic strap gets looser over time? Thinking of buying this cart but that’s concerning me
In my experience, it does not. Also, it is adjustable so even if there was some stretching you could adjust it.
Great video, thank you!
Does this cart have room for the bottom lever on a stand bag? Some push cart models don't fit on the bottom very well due to the stand mechanism.

How do you adjust the bungee cords?
It's hard to describe but easy to do. You move the clip on one side... The hook end is fixed but the other is adjustable.
@@fit2yougolf926 wow, thanks for the response. It doesn’t seem so easy to move the clips because the bungee is so pliable. Is there a trick?
@@loulou34863 no trick, just pull the bungee tight and push the clip back or pull forward. With tension on the bungee you can more easily adjust it.
@@fit2yougolf926 Thank you. I think I got it now.
Which model has a SWIFFEL
WHEEL?
I'm not sure, I didn't see that option in this line when I was shopping for a cart. But that would be a nice feature to have in a push cart.
@@fit2yougolf926 thanks
The only dislike I have is that the balls snap into place, even with the console lid closed the roll around inside
I agree. It's a minor issue but it's annoying.

Dont know if you’ve purchased one yet but I absolutely love mine. Great storage. Rolls super smooth. Easy to open and close. Love it.
Would be better with less talking. This could have been 3 minutes without all the babbling.
You're free to take the time and post your own videos. Nothing wrong with Dave's vids. I prefer more vs less info.
Barry - Can’t seem to find any of your videos. Reminds me of an oldArmy saying “ Nothing is too hard for the person that doesn’t do it.” Dan
