  • Normally installing sconces would require making several cuts into drywall to run romex wire from the switch to the fixtures, but using the RunLessWire wireless switch and 2 receiver kit made installing these sconces so much simpler!

Great video, man. I was looking into installing pendant lighting over my kitchen island we just added (all the wiring is holding me back). Could these work if I connect into a recessed light instead of an outlet?

Glad you found it helpful, Thanks! Depending on how you set it up, possibly. Without knowing all the details, here's a couple ideas:
First, yes you could wire it into a recessed light, but you would only be able to turn the pendents on when the recessed lights are on.
Second option, (FYI not entirely sure if this would work in your case) you could buy two switch kits and make the current romex wire from the switch box to the recessed lighting series into a always hot line (Like an outlet would be) then you would have to wire one receiver in for the recessed lights series and another receiver in for the pendants. not sure if you would have enough room in those small junction boxes, but its something to think about.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!
