These are awesome with a solid insole. I used these with a VKTRY insole and this is my go to for my open gym runs. I was skeptical but when I paired these with the insole it was the perfect combo of function, comfort and performance. The traction is also very solid. These will always be in my rotation 💪🏾

I actually love the shoes as well , however I ordered them too big , I got my traditional size 13 however I noticed how roomy there are especially after I broke them in , my goal is too get another pair soon as possible in my correct size , did you have that same issue? Reckon you can use that for fencing? dedicated shoes are trash and alternative court shoes hurt my feet and give me blisters compared to no friction issues with 5 pairs of vivos over a year. i want a similar feel to vivo but a layer of protection for the impact with jumps and lunges. :/
Honestly these are the best shoes I ever wore, it feels very uncomfortable when i put on any other shoe and try to wear it ! This is the feel I want on my feet
Just got my uncivilized shoe 2.0 in white and did a 45min court shoot around. So far I like how light and responsive it is but the traction is a disappointment - keep sliding around. Hopefully they will wear in and the traction and grip may improve? Traction is huge for me so this is a let down - my Kobe 11's and Kobe 9's have great traction by comparison.
nice review but i'd like to see them after 3 months because one of the big issues with those shoes is they tend to rip / fall apart... so i don't know.
I plan on doing that review follow up , I’m actually playing my first real basketball game in them this Thursday ….. men’s league game …. Full court real basketball 🏀 so we will see how they do lol
@@jc1550 hey bro 😎 I honestly gave up on the shoes for training and working out , I realized I ordered them a size too big after wearing them and stretching them out , they were good for training and hooping , however just make sure you get a size smaller than your true size , my personal advice / opinion , now I just wear them as house shoes haha 🤣
I never wore barefoot shoes and was looking to get some for everyday use, would you recommend these for that too? I passed up on the first Uncivilized shoes because of worries of durability and some people just sticking to traditional basketball shoes after using the U1.0s. Kinda worried about going barefoot altogether tbh.
Hey , it’s funny you mention those concerns, I had similar ones , based on my experience with these shoes , they are now my go to shoe for everything other than basketball as well . I wear them to walk around everyday life and my feet never felt more happy … I like the shoe so much I’m actually ordering the white color way next ….. I also can’t see myself going back to regular shoes because I want my foot flat on the ground … I just feel more balanced over all

Wayne, if you are looking to get into barefoot then from personal experience I can recommend trying something like Primus Lite from vivobarefoot, kind of a general sports/walking barefoot shoe. Just half-size up and never look back once you try and transition into it.
Hey man, what''s your experience in a competetive game? Are they able to support very intense movement, or does it hinder you? And how is the cushioning when jumping etc compared to a normal basketbal shoe? Thanks man!
I played in quite a few competitive games 5 on 5 full court. I will be honest and say I did not feel supported as I usually do in traditional basketball shoes , however I did feel lighter on my feet over all and quicker. My favorite basketball shoes are Nike Kobe’s low tops. These are like a less supportive version of the Kobe’s . I actually jumped higher in these however it takes a while to get used to feeling your foot sole close to the ground on take off impact

As a shorter guy (5'9) who dunks, I get some heel pain when i jump in my current barefoot shoes (xero). I want to keep jumping in barefoot shoes but definately am in need of more heel cushioning, would you say these absorb heel impact well to alleviate that excessive force?

@@novacoastmusic I went TTS (11) with them and they feel good. The insoles do fill in some space and adds rigidity so they don’t feel floppy at all

@@ZachH-dx5mf I agree , I would say Kobe 9s are one of the best light weight low cut shoes , most of the Nike Kobe series are good 😊
how long did it take to get yours? just ordered some and gotta pre order them because they're selling so fast.

Honestly not bad at all , I play actually real basketball games full court and I’m fine
