Just got done comparing the labels between AG1 and the various Blueprint stacks. If we're going only by vitamin and mineral content, using AG1 as the bar to beat, AG1 generally seems to have better vitamin numbers while Blueprint has notably better mineral content, sometimes as much as 5x. That said, the Blueprint stack you would need to achieve a similar vitamin/mineral profile would be their Nutty Pudding, Longevity Mix, and Essential Caps at a minimum. The total cost of this 30-day stack purchased individually is $202 ($94 for Nutty, $49 for Longevity, $59 for Essential Caps), at a grand total of $6.73 per combined serving. They do have package deals but none that have all three products together that I could identify. Compare this with AG1 at $99 for a 30-day stack and $3.30 per serving. This is ONLY a comparison of vitamin/mineral content, and doesn't take into account any of the proprietary blends AG1 uses, which may or may not actually have the effects they claim, such as superfood antioxidant benefits, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. I've never used any of these products, as I personally can't justify the price of any of them and am in relatively good health, but I have a penchant for spreadsheets and critical evaluation of the content I engage with, and suspected this information might be useful to some. That said, I am not a data scientist and threw this analysis together rather quickly, so please take what I've said with a grain of salt, and feel free to offer up further insights.

You also call it the fallacy of influencer marketing. Outstanding and refreshing. Great work. I bought into an AG1 sub out of laziness, knowing that the doses of the proprietary blend weren't disclosed. I didn't have massive expectations of the product and have enjoyed taking it, however I realize it's time to move on. I'm going to look into what you're offering, simply based on what you presented here. You have a very sound and fair approach. Please do not lose that.
I’ve been a subscriber to AG1, for both me and my family for a while now. Like you, I was aware that the ‘proprietary’ elements of the AG1 blend were less than transparent. Been following Bryan and his Blueprint journey for a while and I like what he is all about, including his transparency in sharing his successes and failures. I also like his bravery in calling out his direct competitors. I’m ready to give Blueprint a try.
I got ripped off from the Good Feet Store years ago - should have just walked out! Now at 71, I’m learning, but have a long way to go, and it’s not long enough at my age. :-). Thanks for the positive reinforcement after canceling AG1. Your protocols for hair, skin and eyes have done wonders for me in the year I've been following. Thanks for the transparency.
Man I've been in the supplement game for a long time. Sourcing absolutely matters, what is on the label does not matter at all. The concentrations of active ingredient in each herb or vegetable or whatever is always something different. The active ingredients degrade at different rates. Even chemically synthesized supplements have variations in the batches. It's 100% sourcing matters. And that is expensive, because trust nothing unless you test it. And the cheapest way to test it is to take it, and by then it's too late you've already spent your money.
I'm glad I never ordered this without watching a lot of videos and research. I went to Costco and bought alternative of this green powder supplement for like $27 . It comes with 45 serving packs. Today first time I drink it I'll see how I feel in a week. It's not very tasty but I'm all about result. If it's going to be none, at least I will drink more water than I usually do and only will lose $27😂

I usually agree but a lot of the time these influencers probably do not know better either tbh. And almost anyone no matter who it is would take 500k a month for 30 seconds of work
You cannot claim ignorance if you're backing something and putting your name on it. That doesn't look good either.
@@marklopez4762 I agree but 99% of people will hear promote this "healthy" supplement and receive 500k a month. Most people would literally go for it no questions asked even just to do it for a single month at that income is enough to completely change someones life and probably retire 20 years earlier if you are smart
thats a really good point. Makes me question Huberman for example. I mean this guys preaching everything health related, you would think he’s rooting for your average man. Maybe not. I don’t think its as cynical, because after all this isn’t necessarily unhealthy, still tho, shady business taking advantage of those who watch him for advice. However, would i do it if i was offered millions? Possibly
Usually its hard to trust, but Bryan Johnson is at the moment the most trust worthy person in this industry, period.
Yeah props to Bryan. I never purchased AG1. I knew it was a scam with these influencers

Thank you, I’ll be buying blueprint. Love the transparency!!
Brian, you are clearly starting to dial things in with your protocall, I think you look the best you ever have. Amazing work!
AG1 is an expensive multivitamin
That's all it really is. The green powder also doesn't come close to eating actual veggies.
You mean like Blueprint ?
It also doesn't even address the most common deficiencies iron,D3,iodine
+ it doesn't even have the right dosages!
there's Amazing Grass or just some wheatgrass powder or other choices. AG1 can't be BAD, right? I've never actually tried it.
What I love about this presentation the most, other than commitments to transparency, is an acknowledgement that the science isn't 100% clear. You avoid making extreme statements or promises.
I am so motivated by how much younger Bryan looks I cannot focus on the subject. So hopeful to know we can reverse aging. Thank you Bryan.🙏🏻

OH DAAAAAMN! SHOTS FIRED! Blue Vs. Green. Go team Blue! AG1 is like the "Good Feet Store" of nutrition😂
I got ripped off from the Good Feet Store years ago - should have just walked out! Now at 71, I’m learning, but have a long way to go, and it’s not long enough at my age. :-). Thankfully I never wore make up - that’s another huge scam. I might have bought the AG1 were it not for the stevia that gives me a horrible headache.

Thanks for the positive reinforcement after canceling AG1. Your protocols for hair, skin and eyes have done wonders for me in the year I've been following. Thanks for the transparency.
Hello do you take any of his supplements he sells?
is this dude ai generated
Seriously, was looking for this down here
Nah that's what a few billions and a lot of dietary, lifestyle and medical procedures do. Turn back the clock or just give yourself 5-10 more years.
I think his teeth were generated by AI
White teeth veneers, no sun, lots of olive oil, a touch of makeup, and weird speech coaching... has given him an odd style for sure.
he was also raised mormon and lemme tell ya. that'll make you a bit odd too
He's sense of humor is getting better day by day and the kudos to the editors
I love that you made this! I had my suspicions I was being ripped off! Than you Brian, you're a force for good.
Love that you call them out! Don’t hold yourself back to tell the truth please!
Great information! Glad you’re speaking up about this industry. Lack of fully disclosed labels, pixie dusting ingredients, lack of third-party testing, unsubstantiated health claims, overpriced, multi-level marketing, it’s really bad out there in the supp industry

That will be your little secret.
However, that’s a sound strategy to then sell you his slightly less overpriced product.

Bryan, if you're so honest, why don't you publish you're margins? It doesn't have to be complex. Just a pie chart breakdown of shipping, manufacturing and staff costs. This would go a long way in improving trust and would be pioneering for a business.
Well he kinda told it by saying that IG1 ingredients cost roughly $10 and he would be selling it for around $30.

Really great to see someone telling us what we already knew openly.
Can you now make a product that doesn't include all the "may promote..." ingredients or minimal effect on longevity and create a core/basic package that only has ingredients that have the biggest impact?
Thank you for calling them out. I tried doing this myself and they flooded me with hate.
Lets take your transparency to the next level and release the cost of manufacturing spreadsheet for the products with everything accounted for.
Do you think he would ever do that ? Or, even more importantly, do you think he would ever tell you how to get maximum results without using his products?
Unlikely, but I don’t really know the guy. Most people wouldn’t release those numbers and I can understand some of the reasons why too. That said, if this video isn’t just a marketing ploy to steal some of AG1’s customers, let’s see some accounting for his product line, see what the margins are for an honest manufacturer which is the whole spin. Otherwise he is making big claims at others expense, laying down their margins (which he is guessing) without being willing to expose his own.
As someone in the industry, I guarantee you, AG1 COGS is way higher than $10 in 2024, even with the volume discounts they wouldnt be able to get $10.

Ive ordered potassium supplements once without checking how much is inside… its 99mg per capsule and for 60 capsules inside. You need 3.000 to 4.500 mg daily 😅 so to cover your daily needs without food, you would need 30 to 45 capsules in a single day 😂
Now i got one with 1020mg per serving for the same price 🤷♂️
The supplement market is crazy
Yeah, potassium is regulated because it's dangerous if the pill gets stuck somewhere in your intestine it could kill tissue. But if you just have an electrolite drink, there is more per serving than just 99mg. That's why
You put a "." Instead of "," so it would appear you put unnecessary decimals on the daily requirements and makes it seem that the 99mg pill is more than sufficient to meet that dietary requirement.
The main reason potassium supplements are at a low dose is that they’re one of the few that can kill you, if you overdose.
