The fact jack almost murdered his seconded random encounter and was only a sliver of HP away from diverting to neutral is WILD! What an alternate history that'd be
technically he was already locked in on neutral, true pacifist can only be started after you have seen the neutral ending (you dont have to reset ur save, but you HAVE to have gotten the neutral ending once before)
Its so surprising to actually see Jack when he was so nervous and would keep talking so we wouldn't leave, its great knowing he got over that fear of rejection and got more confident over time
i mean yea when you're building an audience it's important to not grow complacent but now he's very popular, he doesn't need to try as hard anymore lol

I played Undertale for the first time yesterday at a friends house. Both my friends there had already played and beaten it multiple times and were excited to see my reaction. When I went against Toriel, I managed to die and both of them literally screamed in shock 😭 in all their years of playing, they had never seen anyone in person actually die to Toriel. I’m glad I did something memorable at least 😭
Five years since this masterpiece of a game came out. We're getting older boys. Wish you all the best in these harsh times. Meanwhile let us enjoy this phenomenal series once again.
Jack's playthrough is THE playthrough and his voices go. I cannot imagine a single character (except Sans at this point) to have a different voice. He nailed it. Especially Flowey. Literally no thinking time, he just went straight into it and it was perfect.
i genuinely can’t believe this was nine years ago…so much has happened since then. rewatching this and maybe the whole series makes me both sad but happy. very melancholy.

God I remember being 19, totally lost because I was not expecting to live past 18, and tuning in to watch Jack play this and it being cold and I was cozy hidden away from my problems in my room. Jack's voices made this so much fun to watch and listen to and then as the story progresses the meaning and ideals behind the plot. Watching this again to refresh my memory on the little details between deltarune chapters has made me realize how far I've come in these last six years. I come back to this playthrough every time I'm sick. Because I was pregnant with my oldest when it came out and was SO sick the whole time. But watching Jack play this game got me through it and made me feel better. Jack, thank you for getting me through a rough pregnancy and years of motherhood. I played Undertale for the first time yesterday at a friends house. Both my friends there had already played and beaten it multiple times and were excited to see my reaction. When I went against Toriel, I managed to die and both of them literally screamed in shock 😭 in all their years of playing, they had never seen anyone in person actually die to Toriel. I’m glad I did something memorable at least 😭
Re-watching Jack's Undertale playthrough is my coping mechanism.

Jack's playthrough is THE playthrough and his voices go. I cannot imagine a single character (except Sans at this point) to have a different voice. He nailed it. Especially Flowey. Literally no thinking time, he just went straight into it and it was perfect.

God I remember being 19, totally lost because I was not expecting to live past 18, and tuning in to watch Jack play this and it being cold and I was cozy hidden away from my problems in my room. Jack's voices made this so much fun to watch and listen to and then as the story progresses the meaning and ideals behind the plot. Watching this again to refresh my memory on the little details between deltarune chapters has made me realize how far I've come in these last six years.

I come back to this playthrough every time I'm sick. Because I was pregnant with my oldest when it came out and was SO sick the whole time. But watching Jack play this game got me through it and made me feel better. Jack, thank you for getting me through a rough pregnancy and years of motherhood. My kiddos even love this playthrough now. 🥰
