It’s kinda similar, I’d say, in that you are thinking about multiple impacts with each dice placement. Which space do you land on, for how much effect, and how is that going to impact weather or raids, etc
@@OneStopCoopShopI watched a little bit of the Sir Thecos playthrough from 2 years ago, and it seems like they’ve made improvements to the mechanics. This version seems a bit crunchier.
Not sure what the illustration style has to do with it. It doesn’t look like a kids’ game or anything, at least to me :) But agreed, this is not a light game. Lots of good decisions to make
@@virgilebeats1945 I saw a previous version from a few years ago that I think was lighter. But it looks like a lot of improvements were made since then.

Once I discovered this has a print and play tier for $5 USD, it was an instant pledge.
Hard to beat that!
Please play more. I love this game.
I want to, but I had to send the prototype to the next person 😭
I'm looking forward to the crowdfunding project. It was one of my favourite games from BGG 1PG Solitaire Design Contest.
I think it should be live now!
They should use black pips on pale dice, I don't see the dice results well on those yellow dice, probably due to lighting.
Oh man, I forgot to say that! Fully agree. That’s my one component complaint. Everything else was great
I just received my copy and it has black pips on the yellow dice. They must have read your comment.
Good to hear! I hope they send me one too 😅
Thanks for this Video. The game looks really sweet :) Where is your dice tower from?
It’s from chip theory games. They have it on their webstore
@12:30 were you supposed to get 2 wood because of the basket?
Maybe! Been a while since I played
I’m very intrigued by this game, but I worry it’ll be too light. How would you compare the dice placement to a game like Under Falling Skies?

gameplay doesn't look that light to be honest, the illustration style is misleading

This looks like it could be in print and play format.
It currently is already :)
What would Colin say?
About this game, or about the fact that I'd rather play this over Robinson Crusoe 😜
@@OneStopCoopShop I love watching him play Robinson Crusoe. I was just wondering what he thought of the game and if he played it.
@@mrmacho333 I'm not sure if he pledged it. I did recommend it to him!
You would have had enough leather - you forgot to take the extra leather from the knife on your last two hunts.
My hunter was suffering from altitude sickness and didn't think to use his knife :)
