Oh what a little charmer ^^ My dog is like that too- anytime I'm out with him he's always stealing the show lol. That's so freaking sweet about how y'all got him at the humane society and instantly clicked with him. I had a cat once who was like that. I volunteered at the cat shelter and the highlight of my week was getting to see Mollie (aka Fat Princess) ^^ She was an old manx and my wife adopted her for me as a surprise. How old is Dobby now? and does he give you trouble with the sweaters? (so cute btw) I'm glad you have him. It sounds like he is an amazing emotional support animal
