One question is that when you first received a positive ROAS did you already have prior purchases on your pixel? or did they all come from ads. Asking because I just ran ads and received zero sales, but i think it was due to the lack of purchase data. I really want to get those first initial sales before launching again. How would go about doing so on 2024.

Not so with your own standalone store this is a much different approach than having a throw everything at the wall mentality like if you were selling on Amazon, Amazon, or on Etsy, for example
As long as you have everything organized and categorized correctly and your site looks professional and flows well, it wont matter. It's just easier to build out a niche site with say 15-20 designs and make it look professional than to do that say a site with 5 categories(niches) and needing 15-20 desings per category to make it filled out, flow, and feel as profesional as the niche site. When you advertise you are sending the traffic to a specific product page anyway, sure some might look around, but having multiple categories isn't going to make someone not buy if they really want your product as long as your store is built well.

Also this topic has been on youtube many times saying their store got shut down because they had trademarked items on it. Also a few months ago there was that one woman that went to I think it was some country singer's Concert and decided to create an Etsy store and still items with his face and name plastered all over them. and the country singer did come to her rescue because she had made national news. I think everyone should be asking the question, how would I feel that some one that I didn't authorize is out there selling merch with me on it and I am not getting a cut of it?
What do you do when you receive a bad review regarding the size of the shirt? You have a size chart in your listing and return policies that don’t include returns for correctly delivered sizes. So the buyer receives the size they ordered, but they leave a bad review because the size wasn’t suitable.
