This 30 min practice is just what you need to get started. A well rounded practice focusing on Strength, Flexibility and Mobility. We will move in all planes and get a good workout in.
Remember that flexibility takes time and regular practice. So be mindful of every movement and stretch, let go of any goals and expectations and only go as deep into each pose as your body is willing to do it today. .
