My 23 Toyota, 4 runner will be the last Toyota that I ever purchase in my lifetime. I'm certainly never, ever going to buy another modern Toyota ever again. I have owned one since 1976.
I got mine yesterday, meaningless fed requirement. 'Remember getting a similar one for my FJ back in '08. Just another indication of how stupid fed rules increase prices and the cost of doing business.
The thing is those load limits are already below the real limits. Point of order: How many folks actually weigh the stuff they're hauling to the dump or bringing home from the lumber/tool stores. Next thing ya know the Feds will be requiring certain stores to install large scales to ensure compliance with weight limits.
I have a Tacoma truck I installed after market heavy duty tires, rims, shocks because my wife is seemingly over weight, this will counter weight the truck, prior my truck leans further to the right when I make a right turn. When she's not in the front passenger seat my truck turns without any issues. BTW she is 252 pounds, last weight scale.
Wow, 'beat you to the punch on the skidplate/cross member addition. BTW, the RCI version is compatible w/ Rough Country's front recovery brackets (w/ a slight modification).
hello Rob What can you tell us? About the problems with the 2024 Tacoma transmission that are being seen on the internet, how is your Tacoma doing?, I bought one in April
Not sure a Toyota recall. You mentioned GST, this distributor is know for moding Toyotas before selling. Should only effect Toyotas sold in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.
From my perspective, Toyota is being smart, because this discrepancy, although slight, could be used against them in a court of law.
These days...certainly a possibility!
As much as it might upset certain Toyota loyalist's, this was for the best.
I suppose it had to happen sooner or later!

Every vehicle manufacturer had recalled vehicles, no vehicle is 100% perfect.

Amen!
Sorry it will not be the last recall you get, the 24’s are junk. You should have kept the lime green one you had
Man I wish I had your crystal ball 😂😂

Huh?🤔
@WillC23 Absolutely!

It’s all about liability Toyota is just covering their tush and just recall and give you correct load weight sticker on your truck just saying
You should have kept the Gladiator.
Not sure what that has to do with this video?

Thanks for the tip. I'll check them out.
What is the "slight" modification?
The truck looks good! I like the new wheels better.
More to come on that👍

My truck is fine. I haven’t experienced anything unusual.
They forgot to include the weight of the new sticker....😂😢😅
😂😂
It was only a matter of time. I blame it on the turbo. Lol
Lol! Yup…had to be the transmission 😂
On TBS my dealer said they never heard of it on transmission 😂
I’ve had dealers say that about other TSB’s in the past! It’s a conspiracy!
@@RobMotive yes
Do you have a viedo about the tow hook install?
Have a look: ruclips.net/video/NETuLOtt9fk/видео.htmlsi=envb2t0dQSpVLxgo
Never ever buy a new model year!!and that recall will be the least of Toyotas problems and I own a 2019 Tacoma
We shall see 🤔
What about the Tacoma off road 2024?
What about it?

Who knows….it says “Recall”.
You didn't know that the recall was coming. If you did, you wouldn't have purchased the Taco.
You didn’t watch the video😂
Howdy Rob, you changed out your wheels 🛞 on your taco 🌮
Lol! I plead the 5th😂

No clue why you buy tacomas....All you do is complain lol.
Perhaps you’re projecting a bit here? I’m not complaining at all. Just sharing my experience’s and thought’s on the truck. Do you even own a Tacoma?
@@RobMotiveI do, a 2020 TRD sport and a 2016 prior to that.
