If more people left teams that don’t fire horrible management/GM’s they’d be forced to start listening to fans more once the money starts dropping. Normalize leaving teams. They’re multi billion dollar organizations anyways they don’t care unless the bottom line starts getting affected which is ticket sales and merch.
