He’s stealing their footage without making any changes. RUclips is very clear about fair use in this regard. If he was speaking over those clips that’s one thing, but these are extended, unedited clips from another channel he just straight up steals. Of course he got a strike on others and he should get one here too.

This guy is stealing the original content, plays the clip for extended periods of time and rambles at the end. You can’t do that and just assume you won’t be hit with a copyright. Fair use doesn’t cover this.

The unified front of comedians doing these copyright strikes suggests there's more of a story regarding the agencies managing these people who see these critiques as a threat to the value of their brand value and making people hesitate to support these comedians to the extent they do.
Yeah, there's definitely agencies/networks involved in it, and they're also responsible for getting a lot of these dudes their big numbers and privileged spots within the algorithms too. There's also no way Stern's been personally on RUclips dealing with his own content and such. He's way too much of a boomer to have the patience for any of that.
