Thanks for sharing your video on this awesome project. You are a great fabricator.
I've seen these mashups time after time and I never get tired of them....so cool
Looking forward to seeing this build.
I love body swaps and this one is a great idea. I mean you can pick up those years mustangs cheap and being a cobra is going to look so sick in the that old Ford body. Loving the build man!
Just found channel subbed
really nice work here....better than some shows over the years imo
This is an awesome idea. I have a 1997 mustang and a 1949 ford tudor with a bad frame. Great video.
Yup. And the Shoebox is a 1950 Ford; same basic animal
Can’t wait to see the second part. Too cool. Thank You for sharing.
Ran across this video and I have to sat that I'm not a Ford fan but this build definitely has my attention.
You sir are very talented.
Love your work..
This looks like a cool build just found your channel Subscribed looking forward to seeing this you've got a lot done in one episode episode 1 Way to go thanks for the videos I'll keep watching
cant wait to see the end result
Subscribed, me to
Nice video!!! I love the old fords in the other videos
So sick !!!! That's what I have planned in the future for my 49 ford thanks for the video
Rather than extend the frame, I would have shortened the '50 Ford body to fit the Mustang's wheelbase. The sedan body you're using would benefit from losing some of that length of the unnecessarily large rear passenger area.
Crazy Build . Can’t wait for the Finnish. Great sounds to your videos. Editor ✍️ is awesome 🇬🇧🥇🧐👍❤️🕊 you guy . Your incredible, interesting and professional to. 💥
All edited and done by me! Thanks appreciate it!
Luv a great fabrication video and your enthusiasm and can do attitude is sumthing more ppl need in daily life , way to go . Can't wait to see more
Thank you sir I appreciate it!!
I don't want to miss the '50 Ford body going onto this. A 1950 Ford was my first car!!!
Mine was a 49...same style and look though
Real great project ..I'm loving it ..keep up the good job..and keep your eyes protected from the metal pieces bro :)
Nice work! I like seeing HOW this kind of stuff is done. Thanks for sharing!
It's cool that you can do all that you're doing, it sucks from the viewers point that you're doing it by yourself.
I see a lot of body swap videos specifically with Ford Crownvic classic with Ford f100 body work bit this work is something very special and very different, it's too difficult also
Bad ass build going to follow the videos to the end
YOU GUYS ARE ROCKING GOING TO BE A VERY FUN RIDE ENJOYING YOUR VIDEOS.
I need a truck like that in south Africa ❤
Really enjoyed this. You are a good fabricator.
This is going to be a nice build and looking forward to seeing the finished look . I am a 1987 to 1996 Ford F150 truck guy, I actually like these ones the best, the ones from
1987 to 1991, I have 2 - 1987 trucks and a 1988 truck and a 1991 truck, but I also have a 1995 and 2 - 1996 trucks .
hii Jefff how many miles do you have on your 1987?
Let's hope that the client is paying you some serious money for the rebuild.
Look at those views. Good work buddy
So glade to see this, I am going to be doing the same thing to a 68 AMC American. Except I don’t have to extend the floor. Thay are only 1.5 inches different leaving the it only off set by .75 in off center in each fender well
looking nice i like your frame in the rocker idea i will keep that in mind this winter when i start my 66 swap to a 95 both mustang convertibles i am curious to see how both of your rockers match up looking forward to part 2 keep up the nice work
in a front end crash it is going break off the legs in the knees what he should did was get another mustang cut the floor piece off it an get a pro welder to weld it in an weld a subframe conector on bottom of the floor
Shoebox ford on a mustang cobra imma stay tuned badass
Excellent!
Chop top & sectioned it give it the perfect look
Might consider bead rolling them floors, overall looks like a fun build. Nice to see you are up to the challenge.
Putting in a 2x2 1/8th wall steel tube straight through the center of the new floor pans once the car is together enough to go on the lift. Suspension bracket on the bottom side runs under them. Have to rebuild it just gonna make it all one
@@nicrothlisberger5390 I figured we'd be seeing more there, like everybody else I had to say something. I'll be watching 👀
Finally found the ultimate build 🙌
Longer videos are a good thing :) . New subscriber here
I work with Robert. Excited to watch the progress.
gonna be sick
Belo trabalho . Parabéns do Brasil
Nice project
It is it really that hard to build a custom frame rather than hack onto a unibody? I realize its a minor issue, but the ackerman in the front steering is based on the wheelbase, the turning radius depends on the wheelbase.
when you get a piece of metal in your eye , take a magnet clean it off and use that to get metal out of your eye , just move it on your eye . works for me
Looking forward to the build!
hiii nice van in your avitar is it a 1991?
50's Shoe box ,my mom had one in 58 had a flat head v8 loved it. By the way I'm 71 do the math 😆
Great progress
I'm liking this build
Hell yeah, this is going to be cool
This is sick
Cool as hell. Would love to do something like that.
Looks like its going to be the fastest Shoebox in the world! I think it will be cool as well!
Awesome project!
Cool video. I was just wondering why didn’t you get a Mustang floor pan and piece the floor back together? I subscribed to follow and I left a like
Why are the front tires on that Muffstank like 2 feet wide? Geez! @11:00
Wonder if you could have drilled holes in the bottom of the rocker before you laid the box in and would have been able to plug weld the bottom to the rocker just for added strength was just a thought
NICE truck your avitar has is it a chevy?
@@katieb777 66 impala wagon on a square body suburban frame
@@supersport1986 wow its really REALLY NICE !! im goiing to bed soon goodnight sir
Should I attend mechanic school or auto collision repair school to learn the basics so I can body swap?
I’m so glad you stretched the chassis not the body extending the fenders or Cowles or quarters it just looks un proportionate and seems somewhat lazy of an execution
Would have been way cheaper, easier and stronger to have used a panther platform (crown Vic,grand marquis) full frame.plus SN95 cobra's didn't make shit for hp.put a vortech sc-1 on the 4.6 out of the crown Vic and your right there..
Man it's gonna be epic 50s ford on a mustang frame
So, you're going to build and finish the floor of the Mustang before you even try to fit the 50 Ford over the donor chassis?!?!? I'm sure you measured, but what if it doesn't fit???? I'm hangin' in to see the final result.
👍
Great job 👍👍🇨🇱
49/50 Ford that save the company from bankruptcy.
Why wouldn't you just buy another floor pan and trim it to fit. So it looks like it was never molested.
I'd rather hear an air compressor than that stuff playing
Not knocking the work, but did anyone else cringe when he began to full weld one side without even starting on the the other? Love the idea though. I'm building a 49 shoebox for my 11 year old and this might be the direction I go.
Love these builds check out the R69 from B is for build
Any new videos
The Cobra should be put back together. They are pulling in big money in some places. The 50 could use countless other donor car chassis. Its a shame to cut that Cobra up if its a genuine Cobra
Is what it is. Customers had both cars and decided to merge the two. They weren’t bought separately with intentions of building it like this. They just wanted something old ratty and cool with what they already had
Sheesh.
Sub earned.
I can't find part 2, is it out yet?
In the works!
So I guess part 2 isn’t happening?
Hey I'm in Kansas City and I have a 2004 Grand Marquis. I honestly want to put a 69-70 charger body on my car. Can you help me??
Odd swap but I can do whatever ya need! Send a message to Wolf Mountain Customs on Facebook
Jfc, unibody with no pillars or roof? You couldn't pay me enough to ride in this death trap.
It’s gonna have pillars and roof once the 50 body is on it lol
@@nicrothlisberger5390 what's keeping the frame straight right now? I didn't see you weld in any supports before cutting everything out. That 50 body isn't structural, it's body on frame. Without some sort of structure, this thing is already warped to hell and will never drive straight.
@@DustinHayre it’s being swapped to a convertible mustang. All the structure is in the rockers. Laid back in stronger than factory. With the square tubing. Car will be just fine
Where is the supercharger mounted
It's a centrifugal not a roots.
I got a build for if u are available 1948oldsmobile coupe with a ls swap and all put on a crown vic frame roller 2010 frame need stretched and mybe rail narrowed got all main parts to do
Send me a message at Wolf Mountain Customs Facebook page!
😳....🤨... .😎👍 part 2?
Coming soon! Dropped the 50 body over the mustang today!
Bad ass
Uuumm....late 90's mustang cobra's (SN95) are NOT supercharged..
How much to do a swap but with gm cars

That looks like a 1950s Studebaker not a 1950s ford
Want is the next video
Just so you know, that is a 1950 Ford
Ask poo how I drove home that it was insane she came in her pants LMFAO 😂😆😂😆😂😆😂😆😂😆
Hope you got that piece of metal out your eye.
Salut my friend super car super video subscribe subscribe
Man you got skills, but your customers taste is crappp.Theres so many beautiful 50s and 60s cars to choose from but they had to go for one ugly one eyed car!
Do it right
More car work , less face ...... Please . Too much face .
rude
@@nicrothlisberger5390 I did say "please".
the way they built this car in a front end crash it going break off both legs at the knees
👍🏻
