Yes, it should! I always recommend to prestretch all elastic before cutting to help make sure the elastic will stay the same length through the construction of the garment!
Yes! Before cutting/measuring your elastic you will want to give a couple stretches, making sure to stretch it to the max! This will help make sure your elastic doesn’t get stretched out after cutting and sewing!

Yea, it’s definitely very intimidating at first, but actually very simple! Top stitch ring elastic waistbands makes them lay so much nicer😍

Nope! You can use just basic all purpose type threads!
