- Let’s try using SEINT Frenchie as an under eye color corrector on mature skin! In this video I'll show you how to use Frenchie as an under eye color corrector, do a wear test, and give you my final review and thoughts.
This technique was suggested to me by many Seint artists in the comments of my previous videos. I figured I’d give it a try and take you along for the first impressions and wear test.
I hope you LIKED this video and SUBSCRIBE to my channel! :)

The Seint side looks beautiful. Agree with comment above that the It Cosmetics looks grayish
you might need to try the Seint Demi color for the dark under eyes.
I do have one that has been working well for me. I think it is OR3. I do like it a lot. :)
Great video on demonstrating the two products side by side.
My opinion: the Seint side looks way better. The It cosmetics side shows more grayness and it actually accentuates a line of demarcation that makes it look like a deep tear trough which you probably don’t even have! The Seint side looks supple, and completely camouflages any trough that may exist. It also looks less stark as opposed to the it cosmetics. The Seint side has more of a soft focus look.
I do wear Seint, and I love it. Not an artist but I’m contemplating it. I’m 47, an esthetician with pretty good skin (always stayed out of the sun and I’ve been religious about sunscreen since I was 25), but this cream foundation is the best I’ve tried on maturing skin. Liquid foundations and concealers evaporate, leaving behind chalkiness. I hear you on the creasing you experienced, which I experience as well. But an easy fix for me is literally a couple of taps with my finger and my under eyes are as good as new - supple and moisturized looking, which I never get with traditional concealer/foundation. I will take an easy crease any day that is easily tapped out rather than being left with chalky grayness on my under eyes. Also, the tip the commenter above mentioned would help. A tiny bit of powder may do the trick for you. I personally try to avoid powder because I love the dewy suppleness this cream gives me, and finger tapping refreshes it easily.
It looks like you have gorgeous skin, and my opinion is the It cosmetics concealer does a poor job of showcasing that as opposed to the Seint side.
A quick note on the Demi line - I adore it! You have to know how to use it, though. It is a wax so VERY little is used to color correct. The product should be barely noticeable when placed on the skin with a tiny brush. It actually looks like you’re “erasing” the discoloration rather than “painting” a visible color on your skin. If you do see color, you literally tap it out with a fluffier brush until it looks to disappear on the skin. This is advanced color correction that looks so beautiful when used correctly - it is probably why the colors look strange or off to you. I hope your artist can guide you through it because it is the most natural/supple look I’ve ever experienced on my skin. And the fact that it is a wax texture helps the product stay put without powder, hence adding to the suppleness of the skin.
Hope this helps, and I hope you’re able to upload a video on it. I’m interested to see how it works out!
Thanks so much for your feedback and advice! I really do appreciate it. I finally ordered the Demi products and did an initial impression video on them. I have to admit, I need to spend some time playing around with the colors to really know what I'm doing. So far though I think I like one of the demi colors for my undereye area. :)
The seint side is wayyyy better but you're right, it might crease
I do like the way the Seint side is more matte. :)
Like the frenchie seint mixture😮 15:10
I was told to layer frenchie under white peach. I looked a mess and the frenchie popped through like yours did. I stick with my pixie peach and light beige winkie lux. Much better quality!
Ohhh I've heard really really good things about winkie lux! I'll have to give it a try! And I think my Target carries that brand so hopefully I can get it tere.
I agree the seint side looks better and much more natural. But thank you for the comparison video😊
Thanks for watching! Appreciate the feedback on the product comparison as well. :)
I like the Seint side better to be honest. At 16:59, I'm looking at the left (on the screen) and I honestly can't even tell you're wearing makeup on that side. (Except for the creasing, anyway.) Also, if you use a TINY bit of powder to set your concealer - like so little that it's almost nothing at all - you might be able to avoid the creasing altogether. I used to refuse to powder my undereye because it ended up looking cakey, but then I discovered that if I use the TINIEST amount, it sets the concealer and doesn't look cakey at all - especially if I go over it with a barely damp sponge to push the powder in. Even if you stick with the IT Cosmetics, a tiny bit of powder would take the tackiness away.
I just think the concealer is more obvious on the IT Cosmetics side and the Seint side looks blurred and perfected. Interested in seeing if anyone else who comments here agrees with me. Ultimately, it's all about what YOU like. It could be that you like the brighter look under the eye, but my personal preference is to end up with a look that doesn't look like makeup at all. And I honestly think that if it wasn't for the creasing, that's what the Seint side did for you. (Disclaimer: I've never even heard of Seint before this video, so I am not affiliated with them in any way, either. LOL.)
Thanks for the video! I subscribed & can't wait to see more.
I really appreciate your feedback. :) I’m giving Demi a try next week and my color corrector colors are similar to Frenchie so we’ll see how that works out too.
You would use the demi if your using Seint
Maybe should prep your eye more prior to application. You could just go back with a brush or finger to pat our creases. Bc the seint side looks so much better.
I think you used way too much seint. You are supposed to use just a tiny bit.
Yeah probably, I'm still getting the hang of this stuff.
You need Mango! Not Frenchie❤
I will have to try that!
