Fatma in pakistan we make chai which uses black tea leaves with cardamom but also cinnamon, cloves and milk! You can put these spices in no problem, but you might need more sugar to balance the strong flavour.
True , in Somalia and every where in middle east they do it the old way but in this video it’s almost different in every way..kind of she created her own style 😊
Oh that’s really nice to know, Masha Allah we all have our own way of making chai Alhamdulillah. Hopefully I get to visit Pakistan and test the tea 🫠. Pakistan Zindabaad ✊🏾🇵🇰
My Pakistani friend was surprised we add cloves to our tea she told me that was for food. We use cinnamon, clives and cardamom that we pound in a pestle n mortar. In all the years going to her family house we were served boiled milky tea that was concentrated which was very nice but never with any spices. I make tea thus way sometimes now. I'm guessing that's the daily tea most common in Pakistan and India and spiced tea is an exception whereas in Somalia the norm is with people drinking spiced tea every day several times a day.
Grateful you made this video, I've been mentally wishing for the recipes ❤ Can you show us that vegetable soup recipe you once posted eating with coconut rice, you made it sound so good and I want to taste lol
Mashallah ❤❤❤ in my country chad🇹🇩 we love so much black tea from Kenya and we make it with camel and goat milk. Thank you for showing us your experience cooking tea.
Oh how nice…I love Kenyan tea too. Oh I would die for camel milk right now…unfortunately I haven’t seen camel milk in turkey but I occasionally see goat milk. But I would always love camel milk tea 😭😭
Fatma please don’t use oat milk!!! Even if its expensive it doesn’t mean it’s high quality. If you read the ingredients it has many things added like vegetable seed oil, natural flavors and sugar. Just get regular milk its much better for you health. Or coconut milk is good too.
Hi, thank you for this advice…I have actually started drinking black tea…I hope it continues like this In Sha Allah… I will try to keep myslef accountable 🤗
10:35 thats funny bcz, that's me am actually pple come to my house to take tea...MashaAllah, actually expecting a TEA guest tomorrow 😅😊.. I do like yours as well , a lil different I sometimes add cloves and ginger powder or fresh n star anise😊..
the arab gulf and Indians drink the ( karak tea) all the time even though not healthy but it's the best tea in the world in my opinion and of course in my somali culture its our favourite drink , my mother don't like coffee at all and all older somali generation.❤

Examples of it are SIBO and H plyori. As for lactose intolerances, switching to A2 milks can help at times. If one has access to camel milk , thats even better.
