I went to Tusker House in May and it left such a good impression that not only do I want to go back, but it’s near the top of the reasons as to why my trip was so special.
I’ve said before that my trip in May marked 23 year since my previous visit and this was something I had to do.
I’m commenting before I watch the video and I can’t wait to see how the buffet works out tasting!
Have you been to Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge? It’s at the Kidani Village one, Love that restaurant it’s one of my top choices I stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge just to dine there.

Salad and Waffles, a classic combination.
I'm willing to donate to a charity for you guys to get noise canceling microphones for these food reviews. Great review though, really appreciate the fact you tried everything. Just too many videos out there of people saying they don't eat X or Y and never will.

Love your shirt Tom! Honestly meeting the charters make it worth it. I love all the African inspired stuff at Animal Kingdom Lodge I have eat at 3 of the restaurants there, never had Tusker House will have to give it a try.
Mickey Waffles..mmm..tales me back as a college program participant at Disney MGM cast cafeteria.
There the Mickey waffle was freshly prepared.
At my college, I worked foodservice and we served 2200 per meal.
So I can tell you that those waffles are probably " convenience items, pre prepared hours in advance, as any restaurant would, that serves hundreds to thousands of people a day.

I think my family went to breakfast at Tusker a grand total of once in the late 2000's, after that we always went for dinner
Was a very good review as always but extremely noisy. I don't think I would like eating there even though I like a buffet because you can try stuff then get what you like. You two deserve hazard pay for this one.

How long do you spend at these meals? Do you sit about an hour or are they rushing you out?
I agree Collared Greens are also a Big NO for me! I've tried a few different friends versions and they all are just not my cup of tea
Schwarma + curry is a fine way to go. Though the sad naan is lame. That dinner chicken leg didn't look right. And fishy anything? Sadge

One point from this video needs clarification...HIS breakfast choices/preferences have NOTHING to do with growing up in NY. I grew up in NY. I would say, among breakfast eaters, eggs along with bagels, bialies, etc are as common as not. Ever been to a NY diner? (All day breakfast...one of my fav dinners to this day). But if you go in during breakfast you will see most tables with eggs w/pancakes, waffles, lox, well endless combos...all having bacon or sausage as well.
Now I know my personal choice is a massive bowl of coffee (so I can say I stick to one cup a day). It has nothing to do with being raised in NY. It's my personal choice. There are many things I would deem "NY things." This isn't one of them!

Can Eric do the reviews? Tom keeps saying "it's exactly what you think it would taste like" but I have no frame of reference and I have no idea what it tastes like. Eric was good a describing The Wish cruise in the last video I watched with him. I don't know what "Adequate" taste like either.

I don't know about that, was the corn sweet, savory, firm, creamy? It's an Indian inspired restaurant, is there a spice presence that stands out; saffron, curry spices, heavy handed peppery flavor, a creamy or tomato flavor, or perhaps it just tastes like a can of corn from Costco?
