Danny Boy Finale - Jeff Beck & Brian Wilson Live @ The Paramount Theater, Oakland, 10-22-13

Amazing live performance by Jeff Beck, as part of the Brian Wilison & Jeff Beck 2013 tour. As usual his touring band was comprised of incredibly gifted musicians. This group included Lizzie Ball on violin and vocals, Rhonda Smith on bass, Nicholas Meier on second guitar and Jonathan Joseph on drums. So pleased to have captured much of The Paramount Theater show in Oakland, CA on October 22, 2013.

What a valuable video for so many reasons. At 70, I caught where Brian was going with his first hit record. Later I caught Jeff when his first album came out. Both these fellows fell off the stage and made their returns separately with well deserved success. I don't think Brian ever wrote or arranged a bad note in his life and boy could he sing. He was right when he stated that Jeff " plays the most goddamn greatest guitar you've ever heard." In my view, NOBODY, comes within 5 levels. And how old are these guys? !!!
