I could listen to this for hours.A true musician and master on guitar. What i like and love the most is that you can hear this love for music.Nice Story about the Tele Jeff (well done👍🏽😄)
You can tell the extent of his devotion to the guitar as an instrument, his humility about how they were acquired. and his admiration for other players.
Really interesting old world guy. Fascinating how he makes the guitar work for him. Doesn’t waste time with details. Gets right down to making a thing work whether its a Mingus tune or a welding torch.
@martinspencer366, I have to revisit this on occasion. It’s much harder to watch than it used to be. Never met the man. Saw him play live, but never had the pleasure of actually meeting him. Still, I so loved the guy.

Very cool, thanx.
I believe the L5 is a Es-175?
Rip jeff
Even though he's known for jazz fusion stuff, he comes right back to classic rock n roll and country licks when he picks up a guitar 😊
Humble amazing dude.. glad I got to see him live at the Byron Bluesfest
This is still my fave interview of all time. ❤
It makes me sad in a way we will never get to hear him play his guitars again? You are missed. Can’t imagine life w/o your music?

Looks like he's in the attic of his shed
Thank you for posting!
One of the greatest human beings ever, technically flawless guitarist and a warm natured man. Much missed.
