Since I got this from Jamie,it won't be a carry gun.To me it's like the revolver you got from Mr Holster,,I feel that he's cut from the same cloth so this little snubbie is going to shot but it will receive special attention,,it's a keeper.

@garageguy879 yep...my parents originally settled in Bluefield when dad returned from WWII South Pacific Campaign. He went to work for Appalachian Power Company in Bluefield. But they transferred him north by 1.5 hours to Charleston in 1956. I was born in 1964. I've got family all over southern West Virginia, southwestern Virginia and central North Carolina. My eldest brother lives in Boone, NC. Mom was originally from Hillsville on the Grayson County and Carroll County line. Dad was born in Mercer County, WV but grew up in Giles County, Virginia. Got family in Wythe, Bland, Giles, Grayson, Carroll and Roanoke Counties.

That 605 is in nice shape, I've had mine for a few years . Only issue I've had was the ejector loosened after a couple of years, and made opening the cylinder tough . Tighten it up and been running fine
Well,we all have to do some adjusting & tweeking once in a while.It happens.But at least we keep an eye on such things.And when we do,,these firearms just keep working.

Nice gun. I have a 605 that I bought afew years ago at MC Sports. Mine is blued with a 3" barrel, good gun, never had any problems with it.
I had the 856 Defender for a while.I don't know why but I found myself to be much more accurate with the snubbie version.But again,I still like both.

I love those Taurus revolvers. The wife keeps one at the bedside. After getting slide bite with an automatic years ago a revolver is all she shoots
Slide bite can be nasty.But if she's comfortable with a revolver,more power to her.
