Oh, well you also have to record the video with a GoPro and then you use the data from the Garmin file for the telemetry overlay.

Yep, and I use the studio version of resolve because I use some of the features for work but you probably don’t need it.
How many carbs a hour did u take in?
80-120g/hour probably.
Normally around 90/hr but ate more than that in the first couple hours.
