I'm sorry, but I must tell you: when the grabber exploded after grabbing Sonic, you did NOT gain 100 points. So, when Tails got grabbed, the grabber did probably explode afterwards.
Regardless, you still did a good job.
Sonic Mania was the first game I got on the Nintendo Switch. It was also the first game that really hooked me and made me want a switch so bad. 3 days after Sonic Manias release (August 18, 2017) I finally got it and the switch. This game always gives me good vibes of when I got a switch, with this being my first game on the switch.
Mania is the first sonic game I got on the switch too, and is still to this day, one of the most replayable and fun 2D platformers of all time (*cough* *cough* just like Mario Bros 3 *cough* *cough*)

Nice intro! Yk, it would be pretty neat if you made any challenge vids on this topic for, say, any of the Mario RPGs. Most normal enemy encounters in several of those games are avoidable.

I have a challenge for you: Is it possible to beat Sonic Colors without transforming with the Wisps?
Rules:
- Sonic may not use a Wisp to transform in any way
- White wisps are allowed as they do not alter Sonic’s form. The same goes for unlimited colours at the end of the game
- Super Sonic is not allowed as it is a transformation of Sonic
- Use any glitches necessary

This was extremely frustrating just to watch tails. I feel sorry for anyone with ocd watching this and for Nathaniel for having to do this challenge.
If you hold up while in the air Tails will fly and you can hold on to him. This has 2 advantages. Tails will stay where you are, and you can also fly.
Nathaniel made this challenge extra hard...I LOVE IT.

Since you loved doing that so much, here's a suggestion: you should route the game with minimum points, like Ceave's old New Super Mario Bros. U videos. No character restrictions, all cheese allowed, just whatever you have to do to get the minimum score. It sounds like playing sonic & tails was the main reason the challenge was so annoying, so if you remove that restriction I think it will be a lot more fun.
That is the best intro in the history of gaming.

2:50 but here tails got grabed and Nathaniel thought that the grabber survived but that's probably not true because if the Grabber grabs you and explodes you don't get points but you get 200 points if you kill the Grabber originally, so it is a possibility that the Grabber died

During the two birds debacle, NB is annoyed cuz he can't kill the birds, but he CAN kill bosses, and technically, a BOSS turned into the two birds, meaning he CAN kill the birds.
