The glory always has a story and it’s good to always share it because there’s always someone in the back hating on people silently because of what they’ve accomplished and not knowing, no glamour and glitter was there at first!
I think the whole work culture varies depending on the company you work for in Jamaica. There are quite a few companies that has a relax informal culture like first name basis, wear what you like, Tattoos and piercings are acceptable. Maybe government and financial institutions are more traditional with appearance and overall culture in Jamaica
Those first couple of months, I believe, are the most difficult you'll experience on this journey, but it's also those months that give you the strength to make the transition a success.
