Chef... I made it ten minutes ago. It's 10:30 pm right now in Croatia and my daughter should have been in bed a long time ago. Instead we are eating chocolate souffles in our pajamas. I have no other words but thank you.

OMG thank you Chef for sharing all your wonderful knowledge, techniques & incredible recipes! I'm a 72 year old grandma & home cook, no training but my grandmother, cookbooks & cooking shows & I've learned more from you in the past few weeks than in the past years! And you're also so great at not just at inspiring us, but in giving us confidence that we CAN make these wonderful dishes. Please don't stop regaling us with your great stories & wit! There's no such thing as a cooking instruction vid that's "too long"! I want to know everything necessary to make the perfect dish. I made the stuffed pork tenderloin last week & my husband just raved about it! We're both chocolate addicts here so you know I'll be making this great souffle very soon! 😊 Again thank you for essentially putting your culinary school online so we can all delight our families with our new skills & great recipes. Wishing you a Happy & prosperous New Year to you & yours!

OH CHEF....thank you! No more failed Chocolate Souffle masquerading as "Chocolate Pot de Creme". Chef I would fight through the fear of mediocrity to have you at my table, any time. You are so generous, talented and hilarious...all things the world needs more of. Many Blessings to you and all that you love in the New Year and Always!

If you ran a Marathon, and you came in last, and did not make a world record for time, would it diminish your achievement at all? You still ran the race, didn't you? You did not run a mediocre distance, you ran the same distance as the winners.
If you make a dish, and it does not taste the same as Chef JP's, why would you call yourself a mediocre cook? You made the dish, didn't you? Stop putting yourself down, esp as a woman. No fear.

I made this tonight. It was amazing. Missed out on the creme anglaise due to budget, but will include it next time. I have been following your recipes for two years now, made many meals and enjoyed every one of them. For my 30th birthday, I made a five course dinner and two of the meals were your recipes.
While I plan to write a more detailed message (or even video), I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have learned so much from your channel. Many kudos to Jack's humour, as well. Every time I hear you say something funny, I rewind 10s to see if Jack made a joke - and usually he did.

I had never done it before but successfully did it. I served 20 people beef Wellington. They all loved it. I had courage to make the dish because you explained it so well. My beef was so tender. Thank you so much, you had help me to my cooking to another level. I also cook your pork tenderloins with mushrooms sauce to serve at other times. So many people asked me for recipes I just share your videos. Even my son who is not very experience of cooking tried to make it and successfully did it. He was proud of himself 😂😂

Beautiful, Chef J-P! I was making it the old-fashioned way with a double boiler; now I want to try it your way! Would love to see a recipe for white fish with an almond crust. Happy New Year! 🎉🎊🎉

Thank you, Chef for all your generosity in sharing your talent with us. I have an unusual request. I have no sense of smell....I believe it was born without it. That makes working with spices almost impossible for me. It also messes with taste for me. Can you do a short tutorial about when and how to use common spices? Thank you.
