    Ma'am, you have a new subscriber. Your statements about planners and ADHD felt like you were speaking directly to and for me. I hope you keep this up because you it would be great to have a virtual accountability partner that has the same struggles I do. You are inspiring us to do better. Good luck and thank you!

    OMG Kimberly...First video I ever seen for ADHD planning!! I am 64 and recently realized I too suffer severely with this! I always thought what is wrong with me, why do I struggle with little things that most people it comes natural for! Anyway I realized this watching Cas the Clutterbug channel. Trying to get organized and found out she has adhd too. I guess this is my year for self discovery! According to her I am a "bee" visual and micro organizer. She also suggested a book the four tendencies by Gretchen Rubin. I discovered I am a "rebel"... probably the worst of everything! I had a crying session. I discovered the Happy Planner in 2021. And boy do I have a collection...bought "all the things". I loved how you refered to the unused planners!!!! I vowed not to buy any more and redate if needed! Don't know how many I have frankenplanned. My word of the year is "disipline"
    Consistency, Communication and Common Sense...the definition I chose. Can't wait to watch more of your videos!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

      Diane!!!!! I will turn 60 this year. I am also a big fan of CASS and The Minimal Mom (even though I'm very macro). I, too, am a BEE. I can relate to "bought all the things" and "rebel". So glad you decided to share on here. I think this channel is about to blossom! Looking forward to meeting more like-minded planner babes! LOL

    Yes!!! This is what I have been doing because I love planners but could never keep up with them. I found a video on how to do this and make it work so I bought FOUR of them. I need something for personal/journal, studying, career, and for my kiddos. I wanted something I could look back on and keep memories in as well. Would love to find some inserts where I could add photos from the month but haven't found anything that works yet... I also need the hole punch that works for happy planners so I can add it in as well. Love your channel - definitely subscribing!

    LOVE your channel! This is my second video with you after discovering you on my RUclips homepage, and as someone who JUST found out I have ADHD but is also obsessed with Happy Planner, this is so exciting to know about your content! Something that I've learned works for me is this: I use my daily planner (same one as you have!) for work and after I stopped decorating it beforehand or during the day, I was far more productive! I love being decorative in my creative journal that I have in my big planner and that works for me as a way to document my favorite memories in the prettiest way possible. I also do really well with a budget planner (same one as you showed)! LOVE the things we have in common, including a German Shepherd and even those same stamps lol. So happy you're on RUclips!

    Hi! Thanks for this video. I have ADHD and I’m autistic. I used a happy planner for the first time this year and it’s the only planning system that’s ever worked for me. I use a big size dashboard layout for my everyday planning. But for next year, I’m combining a big sized dashboard with a classic vertical for my artwork planning. 👍🏻

    Midway through the video and it is super interesting. I was wondering if you ever tried bullet journaling - i mean the basic bullet journal method that ryder carroll teaches, not the complicated artsy ones you see on youtube. I find it incredibly helpful because i can create it exactly how i need it to be - i can switch it from month to month if i need to. I would highly suggest you check out the original bullet journal video description from ryder carroll, who also has ADHD and could manage ot through bullet journaling. It is also much cheaper because you basically just need a good notebook. I use the bullet journal notebooks from dingbats, they are great. The original bullet journal notebooks are from leuchtturm.

    • @adhdoneplans
      @adhdoneplans  Год назад +1

      Laura, thank you so much for watching! I have, but I rewatched Ryder's video to make sure I wasn't missing anything! I actually bullet-journaled from 2015-2017 in a very basic way with the arrows, dots, and all! I'll find my old one and put it on IG for sure! But yes, definitely--there's so much to be said for a simple system that requires nothing but pen and a notebook! Also, I love dingbats! I've wanted to try them!

      @@adhdoneplans i also have so many thoughts all the time that i do not want to forget and it is just so convenient to be able to write it down in the daily log page or to start a new collection and then index it instead of thinking about where it would be best to write down in a "conventional" planner with a rigid structure. BTW - the digbats earth collection notebooks are the ones specifically purposed to be used as a bullet journal. I have the sky blue one (great barrier reef) and the color is just gorgeous💖
