I was surprised to see a video of yours but loved it. I always enjoy your videos but this one really spoke to me. "Give yourself permission" is an old challenge of mine that I recently started to face. I'm sorry to learn you're struggling with pain. I'm glad you are setting healthy boundaries. I'm excited to see the rest of this eventually. So far it is GORGEOUS! I'm not used to these colors with you. You always have smart ideas and great function tho.
