There is no risk-free strategy that will guarantee a gain, just as there is no free energy device. Even bonds are risky, just in a different way. To achieve a gain, you always have to accept some risk, and the only thing you can control in trading is the risk.
I am not sure what you are asking for and I think "Kex" response below nailed it! I was able to open a NO RISK OF LOSS trade on DJT a few weeks back and maybe that is what you are referencing and you can see that video here - but even that trade did have some directional loss risk while I was waiting to fill BOTH sides of the trade separately: ruclips.net/video/8FEZFRiSLos/видео.html
