Respectfully one thing I seen that would have been worthy of mentioning,..... is what will be the NEW STRIKE PRICE to look for (In this case) if the stock was to drop to the next support line..Secondly you and I both know how fast the price can change in these markets, so showing how to utilizes setting the LIMIT Price, ((and never the market price & WHY )) to trigger a possible slight delay for the order to be picked up , so that it gives the retailer time ((( IN ROBINHOOD)) time to set the STOP LOSS for that particular option verses, like a Webull where everything can be done in a single transaction... I hope that this has lovingly given you some insight on ways that will make you the gold standard of where people should turn to when wanting to get a strong foundation in this profession.. Even while $300k mightt seem like much, one bad decision might seriously deplete it. As such, exercise extreme caution in where and how you invest. It is advisable to diversify while retaining 70-80% in secure investments. Along with your budget, you should think about financial advising.

Quick question. Can you always find a buyer of your options, call or puts ? Or does it depend on liquidity, so a less liquid stock you may get stuck with your option ?
Good question. The volume in the option chain will show how liquid it is. So with smaller stocks you might have a harder time but you shouldn’t ever run into issues when you are playing bigger stocks

Buying options, especially with shorter time frames is risky. Buying LEAPs is a really good way to profit with buying call options.

Can I put a stop loss on either a put or a call ? Can I sell a put or a call prior to the strike date ?
Chris. I am on Robinhood. Would you please explain how to sell a Call option after it is above the strike price? Or how do I buy the shares (from the contract) at above the strike price so I can sell them? I'm an engineer and I cannot make sense of Robinhood's instructions. But you explain things well, so I was hoping you could help.
