Hi dyllen! I’m a huge fan of your videos. I have a question. In my common app essay, I briefly mentioned one cs project i worked on for 2-3 sentences to show how I overcame a problem. What would u think about using that project as my topic for the Stanford intellectual virtuality essay? Is that too redundant? Thanks!!!
Hey, thanks so much!! And no I don’t think it’s redundant at all! If anything it makes your application more cohesive. Just as long as you’re sharing new information in the IV essay and you keep the part in the common app short :)
Dyllen Nellis Also, how did you know when your essays were done? This is something I’m struggling with a lot on my roommate essay - not knowing when to put the pen down and admit that I have an honest, good essay.

@@cameronkrouch8278 I talk about this in this video! It's most likely a gut feeling, but you can ask others for additional validation
great video! if i want to put a number in my essay like the number 30 should i write "thirty" or 30? does it matter? lol
