There are 3 places you need to go to, the first and second piece are located in one of the remaining asgard things and for the last piece you have to defeat the new Valkyrie queen gna located in musphelheim, and you also need to finish the game first to get the Zeus armor

I reckon you need the berserker cuirass to get the soulless warrior perk, which massively increases the damage you inflict after using a relic
