      Yes, I want to make Duck fat potatoes with that fat. And put some Duck fat in my Green beans. 🤣🤣🤣 Cuz that's what I did when I made my Duck. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🤣🤣🤣

      i wouldn’t add water just get a deep enough tray because saving that duck fat is literally liquid gold ! don’t waste it !! i promise you , you will thank me later ! you can freeze the duck fat after you cook yur duck and save it to make future dishes

    Does it give a better result to do the Asian method if inflating air between the skin and meat to separate the skin before cooking? I've seen people donit at home with a bike pump

      Only certain duck you can do it that way. The duck she using. You can’t inflate the air in. That’s why Peking duck as so expensive and it take 24-48hrs to make 🤷

      I think it could use some more flavor. No black pepper on the skin, nothing. Let me find another recipe for my duck. 🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾

      You shouldn’t be worried about time, it’s the temperature. Every oven is different believe it or not, so a probe is the only thing you need. Overcooking duck is quite disappointing

      It just drys the skin to make it crispier. Duck has enough fat where the meat will stay tender and moist as long as you don’t over cook it

    You didn't say what the roasting temp is, you just said lower the temp to 400. From what? Horrible video.
