      Hi there, thanks for your video. I have saved this video for whenever my Nick pain returns and feels they are helpful. I definitely feel it’s the sleeping position and am not sure which pillow to get as I have tried all sorts of pillows. I am constantly changing positions through out the night and waking up several times. Is there any pillow to recommend or how one chooses a good pillow for such issues.

    I see that your videos are helpful.
    Thanks for the videos.
    I have a condition to ask for "Annular disc bulges are noted at C3-C4 and C4-C5 levels causing mild indentation over the ventral thecal sac."
    For this condition, could you please confirm if I can follow all the exercises from this video and helps as resolution Or another set of exercises you suggest ?
    Thank you.

    Hi if you read this, just looking for any advice. I have headaches from the left side of my head when I rotate my head to the right, and weak shoulder blade muscles on the left. Been looking at a lot of videos for help none so far truly.
    Out of all of these the only exercise I actually struggle with here is the isometric hand on head on my left side, any idea of what could this indicate? I've been struggling to get a diagnosis for years from scans/physios so just curious what your opinion would be, no pressure or anything.
    Great video and cheers

      @violentlemon9452 Год назад

      That's totally reasonable and I understand it's a bit of a mystery.
      I don't have any other descriptors other than my left trap/shoulder is slightly higher up than the right, plus my platysma spasms upon chin retraction.
      No amount of muscle/posture work seems to help either from what I can tell. (I've tried a million exercises for both nothing changes it).
      Here's hoping I find a reason some day 🤞.

    The moblization that you do, it causes an extension in the cervical spine
    How does that relief the facet lock?

    • @bobthephysio
      @bobthephysio  3 года назад

      Its all about the anatomy of neck and how facets are aligned in our neck. Facets joints have different orientations depending on the area: Cervical Region = 45 degrees; frontal plane; all movements are possible such as flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation. In this particular mobilisation we are promoting Extension, which is usually help with pain and discomfort. I hope answered your question 🖐 Bob

      Your training is aggravating your neck, you need a training plan that is light and progress gradually 👌 its not possible for me to give you a plan without knowing you injury in details. Would be happy to help you with an online consultation, otherwise you may need to get some help from your local physio. Bob
