I’ve been watching your channel for about two months already. I enjoy your house tours. I live in New York City and been thinking about buying a home in Italy as a second home. This is all new to me. I’ve never been to Italy been dying to go trying to watch videos in different areas. But I enjoy watching Puglia. It’s beautiful. I’m hoping maybe next year to buy a home. Keep up the good work girl. Love watching your videos.
Cute house. Needs to be decluttered. The street grate has to be an entryway for water when it rains. Must be closed off or be closed up with glass blocks.
I think the entrance stairs are to steep for me. Does it ever get direct sunlight ? I do love this one. !!. Plenty of room to shop/collect and decorate. ❤❤❤
Thank you both, as always!! In my opinion, it was partitioned problematically, and is quite choppy, with no flow, strangely sized rooms, and all hallways. And I suspect that this was a multifamily apartment before. There's a business within the building, and loads of water and flood damage.
Definitely the city needs to direct the cantina street water somewhere. With wide piping. Again steep steps even in cantina. To much moisture. Radon ???
I wish you had pointed out each connection for sink, stove, refrigerator, to get a better layout of the kitchen. The really great thing about the kitchen is that it has not been remodeled. So many of these beautiful old buildings with tons of character have been ruined by a complete renovation using ugly super modern cabinets and storage units. Too expensive to tear it all out and start over.

Gorgeous
Have inquiries been made regarding closing up the public grate/drain in the street above the cantina below?

Amazing home and price!
Wow. Surely when it rains the cantina fills with rain?

Amazing . There is NOTHING like that here in the US
Lots of clutter to purge and the possibilities would come out!
