    This is so needed. The gym I attend on a regular basis (I am 72) & I see the guys with bulky upper bodies with chicken legs & if asked about it, they complain, "but it is so hard!"

    Any tips on rehabbing the low back? I used to squat, deadlift, do nortic curls, etc. over the past 7 weeks my low back just got tweaked and is setting me back.

    I see a lot of your workouts are compound focused, love that. What’s your rep and set range look like. I’m currently doing 4x5’s and my last set I will do AMRAP at my 85% one rep max.

    Does it make sense to train calves not only on legday but 4-5 days a week so that you just add more volume?

    Hey Scheereddzz, I agree with a lot with this video, as I started implementing squats and will implement isolation exercises. However I would like to ask about calves, as when I searched it, it’s always “90% genetics.” I’ve met people who don’t train calves and got rocks on their legs. I don’t have the best calf genetics, so how often to train them to see results?

      Train them to failure 2-3 x per week for the best results

      It's all about either high or low insertion point. If your calves sit high, it doesn't matter how much you train them or how strong they are, they just aren't going to be visibly big because most of your lower leg will consist of bone, you can't grow it or change something about it. All you can do is just train calves anyway and try to cope with the size, it can be devastating at times but that's how it is..

      Look up rucking. Walking miles every day with 50 to 100 lbs on your back will grow your calves.

    Proprioception isn't just equal to coordination, sure it plays a role in coordination but proprioception is more like how ur brain sees your body in space.
