- Since I got the NB 1080v13 12 days ago, I already have run over 100 miles in them. Let's see how the shoe is performing so far, and whether or not it is a good daily trainer.

Me as well! I’ve heard that some people dislike the firmness of the V4, but the V5 look to be improved! I’m definitely looking to test them out soon.
Great review! Wondering if they softened up more and around what mileage if so…. Asking because I tried them on and didn’t feel they were quite as soft on foot as I had heard. Yet I’m still interested so let me know your experience.

@@vegasteam7785 Thanks! For me, they started off soft, and they still feel just the same after about 150 miles. But, I know a lot of people have different preferences with their shoes, so break in time might vary!
Wow , that's an appalling amount of where !!!! Looks like my novablasts that have over 1300 miles on them. And I'm a big guy compared to you who look a much better size for running. That's really alarming
Wow! 1300 miles is a lot! I have heard great things about the Novablasts, I may need to check them out! You are right about the outsole wear, as it certainly degrades quicker than some other shoes. That is really my only critique of the 1080.
