It's so incredible. In 2018 I had an benign tumor and surcherie, and to recover afterwards I began to do automatically all the things you recommend. What a great God who lead me so! And your book and podcast are great encouragements that I'm on the right way.

I've been spending my time reading, painting, sketching, exercising, and exploring and i'm happier than i've ever been scrolling through insta and watching tv all day long. could u possibly do a podcast revolving around toxic relationships, break - ups, and family relationships?

I ditched the cell phone 5 years ago, I recently shut down my FB page. I bought a wired phone for my shop. I ditched TV news 10 years ago. I learned so much though Christ on youtube. My favorite channel is the Sid Roth Show, where I found about the kewl brain doctor Leaf. PTL! I am glad, I'm glad. I'm glad I did this move. I pray before I watch info. that I do not understand and ask the Lord show me and watch the show and wait till the Lord shows me , what is REAL and what is FAKE? , a great way to talk with the Lord and to keep thy lamp filled with the Holy Spirit. I can see that GOD put Trump , His choice, into the White House. Most can not see this? I'm not brained washed by TV news, social media. My brain has been washed by the blood of the lamb. Hallalujah! Thank you for all your videos Caroline! Great job!

smart decision getting rid of TV etc, and especially FB, I have got rid of TV for years at a time at various times and realise when I get another TV it is not a good choice; a obvious foolish mistake(again), addictive & destructive propaganda, distructive "vision boards.
      Time is precious; life.

I use my phone more than I use social media. I write my journals, use Happify app for mental health, and Sanvello also for mental health. If I’m at work I have my audiobook bible playing most of the day or a Francine rivers book. But social media itself, it’s like on and off. But yeah, I do use my phone itself a lot. And also I do my 21 day brain detox notes in my phones notes section so I can copy and paste it to my counsellor pastor whenever I need to. Also my phone is my tv and movie box as parents hog tv all day and night Hmmhmm..yes I do need to cut down

People want to avoid their own morality, which is why they aren’t comfortable with their thoughts. Ultimately they avoid salvation.
