I love playing the tier 9 amx30, the altproto plays pretty similar. Same derpy gun, but the AltProto needs a huge buff in dpm.
That Oaks game😂 4 sniper snitzels and NONE of them hit anything😂 I would have done the same, with expectation of help to shoot across!!!

I started enjoying the tank recently.
The turret holds up pretty well, if you're constantly figeting around from side-to-side, you'll bait and bounce a lot of shots and the 11° of gun depression helps a ton. I've even gotten a few steel walls with this tank, which I find hilarious. To combat the terrible turret bloom you gotta be really good at pre-aiming to minimize the bloom and just suppress the enemy with constant shots with very little aiming in between, unless the enemy just shot, then you can take your time.
This tank .... good speed, good armor but like every french 100m guns it just dont work 90% of the time
i wish cdc would have 300 alpha damage gun then it would be somewhat fun to play

3:06 I noticed you aimed for a moment at his gun barrel. Do you ever deliberately take a shot like that to make them burn their repair kit, and to protect their target?
That second game is my every game in this tank and every tank. :).

I actually like playing this tank. It won't hit shit if you don't fully aim. But it does have decent armor if you use some gun depression.

best armor on a t 8 med if hulldown I think even high tiers tends to struggle to pen then
speed also great only concern for me is the gunhandling but still I like this tank the most actually of the t 8 prem I own

When i got it in the Marathon, i was happy because it looked like a Lansen (which i enjoy) with more accuracyand so armor. Now i know different....😢
For me A.P. AMX 30 is hidden gem, i got 58% winrate on it with over 300+ fights, that speed and -11 gun depresion is awesome.
Skill: amx30ap is frustration;

I love it, I play it like his big brother t9, capable of doing some incredible snapshot and miss full aim shot.
I quite like this tank the gun is relatively accurate but you have to AIM for a long time to hit
My experience with this tank is that it hits shots ONLY if you fully aim
I bought 5 boxes for garanted drop and got this abomination even when I dont have Astron or T54D ... and the first garanted tank was Forest spirit even when I have SU 130 in garage .. such a waste of money for those lootboxes .. hope that next month I will be more clever and wont buy this anymore
I've had this tank since it came out, and I love it even though it's frustrating as hell.
I played this tank alot when it came out and it performed great. However after letting it sit in the garage for a while and picking it back up it really did perform like trash. Perhaps WG nerfed it or maybe with the new crews and equip it just didnt work as well.
I got this tank from the loot box. Was a bit angry but its now sold 😅
Pretty strong and balanced tank which i really enjoy to play! Begging for pardon dear Skill but you have 51 percent bounces on this tank. Not bad for a speedy medium with that gun depression.
You just need to never snapshot with this tank and it works great. One of my favorite tanks.

the gun is very accurate...not sure why you all say its not..."gun sucks" proceeds to hit every shot...maybe the gun handling got a secret buff since the old days, but i find it laser accurate

Honestly it's just the case that the tank treats you bad. I had the same problem but with the british mediums. I really hate the centurions.

Average TD players nowadays in the second game. No pre aim, miss very easy shots, can’t rely anything even they had one job which is sitting, aim, and click

the problem with this tank is that if you have the camo, sometimes you launch the big arrow from the top instead of shooting your tank gun. well that's not going to do anything against the tier 10s

How can they have french mediums with terrible guns and while having no armor while the french heavies have OP armor and epic guns?

this game become only for very good players and players who can pay money, for average players its become painfull experience, where you will not get anything good from the game, no RNG luck, no MM favores, NOTHING, just pain while wait when someone will hunt you like a little sheep. No critics but best players have multiple more better equipment then average player, so how you can compiet against them when all characteristics are on theyre side, imposible, if you want atleast to try fight back, pay money, then you can shoot gold ammo, and even then you have like 1 or 2 penetrations. like i watch streamers like skill and others and even when you see how accurate they are, you think ok, lets go to try, but my accuracy and dispertion is to the sky, even after waiting for minutes, and you have situations when enemys hit youre weak spot which is 1x1mm and you cannot penetrate them even on open lower plate which can be 10x10m. What i want to say this game become exceptional only for good players and paying coustomers, for average players only left one solution to be tourists and be slaughtered as a sacriface sheeps. Game not giving no more pleasure at all, just frustration and anger.

This is probably still the lowest win rate tank I have. At the same time it has some of my highest damage among my other T8 Med with similar gun alpha. In other words, I do a lot of damage in a game and loose a lot. 🤷♂
My win rate went way up (20% to mid 30s%) by using this approach. Hull down all the time when engaging. Fully aim and and then some more aiming just to be sure. Always, always pack a fire extinguisher. In summary....Hull down, fully aim and fire extinguisher.

I would be spitting poison too if i was in his position in that 2nd game, no idea what those TDs and meds were doing but it was frustrating to look at. And do not claim some moral high ground cause you would be upset too.
Some teams deserve it, and yes it needs to be said.
