Unfortunately WG doesn't know how to make maps that work for all classes of vehicles. They don't seem to make maps now at all and are just pouring the resources into their fortnite tank game.
As a returning player, I've learned that games won is not a good measure of personal performance. Sometimes, I'm a lunatic who gets killed and then my team wins, other times, I'm getting 4-5K damage, several kills, doing my best and making the right plays, and still can't win. I look more at average damage. Trading positive damage and getting more experience are more important IMO.
Yeah i feel you Skill for Winrate. I mostly doing 54%, then got a day with 30% winrate on 30 games, I didn't even had the time to breath that the team was dead. It somehow feels reassuring that it happen to greatest players like you.
Happened to me this morning. Several games with tier VIII, most of them in tier X and WR after about 10 games around 20 percent...Usually went to -5 tanks in 90 seconds. Enjoyable
its just ridiculous.. i had to play 11 games to win 1 for the double xp.. then 6 for 1 win... i mean what kind of shthole is this.. they just insta die and you cant do sht man...
Hi Skill! Just noticed a lot of E25 vids on your index page are from 2022. The videos seemed to be more best of videos rather than a master class if i may say so. I was wondering if you'd be interested in doing a video about the versatility of the tank as in it can be a light tank or it can assume its natural role. Basically showing how many different ways it can be played and enjoyed. For example i have a stealth spotting build and a turbo/rammer build. Thanks for all that you do, you're truly awesome!
First I really hated this tank, but after I realized how to play it I grew to love it. I have to admit though, it's really situational. There are games where you just can't make damage with it.
This really seems to be a thing with all TDs that sit in the back. You NEED the enemy to make mistakes and expose themselves/YOLO. Due to the way maps are designed, if you choose a flank and your team wins that flank, you tend to get not much damage as you sit in the back. On the other hand, if that flank is just barely lost (enemy tanks are all on low-ish HP) the harvest is bountiful.
tbh imho you play not that well, in the last round you just were to uncautious. Maybe because you get the role wrong. My experience with the S-Tank is you surely can go with the other tanks to the line and "snipe" there - there is no absolutely need to be the redline-schneiperschnitzel-noob first priority. The s-tank is made for being aggressive as well. Sure i snipe with it... a lot... but I always look for the opportunities to go as near to the front as possible. And pssst - One tip for all the "siegemode" tanks: if you put on a good turbo, you get the speedboost in the siege mode too! With that you maybe could have evaded the Jagdtiger shot in the end. Take out the vent, put the rammer on the first slot and put in a hell of a turbo beside the binos. (I use experimental turbo for more turning speed on top) Have a good one ...while you read this naked on the bed! - I play meanwhile without trousers! Swing!
My money maker as well. You can make pixel shots, or RNG decides to throw your shots outside of the reticle. I also make half of the shots blind when I recognize a camping position or when team spot someone and I am outside of viewing range. It's so nice to have blind kills or more points then the displayed one's a the end of the game.
Nah, you played it quite well, it's just that the matchmaker said no and WG are too stupid to understand that they need to make maps playable and enjoyable for all vehicle classes except clickers. They just don't get it. You have (mostly older) maps where you're just dead and mostly useless if you're in a heavy tank, you have (mostly newer) maps where you're there just to pad the scores for other players if you're not playing heavily armored TDs and that's about the entire WG map-making philosophy.
I feel you skill. 2.6k combined damage in Conqueror, 38% WR over last 60+ games. I get sessions where I could go 1 win to 8 loses, and my teams melts before I even get to heavy line.
lol, I am going to do the Italian TD line. So I started at the Basatto tier 6. I am doing ok with the tank but my WR is 31% after 45 games. Can't get too upset about it though. I think it will turn around when I get up closer to 100 games. At least I hope it does. My overall WR is 50%, so 31% after almost 50 games is possibly the lowest I have ever had. But it will probably turn around, I am waiting for that big win streak.
T-34-85M? Last vid on it was in Dec 2022, and new players tend to get it through referral contracts, so a nice up-to-date video on it would benefit everyone. Other less relevant ones I've spotted include: M10 RBFM EBR 75 (FL 10) Strv 74 [videos exist, but they are not linked for some reason] Type 64
4K games, so im not experienced gamer. Win ratio is embarrassing 46%. And I always feel guilty. But even my good, experienced friends playing on my acc can’t win any game! So strange… WG hates me ;)
Because of players like skill have a good match making in more then 60% of the the time, and it is more easy too mark for them. Some people have too lose every time because others have a good mm. It is not fair. Rigged game.
333 pen with gold ammo at tier 8 is just overkill, the standard shells have more pen than half of the premium shells that other TD’s fire at this tier, meaning that you can print credits with this. this tank is also invisible, extremely accurate and fast. Definitely would recommend to purchase this one. The downsides is that most things will overmatch your upper front plate, but you can counter this by angling your tank up when reversing. and this biggest downside is that you only have 1,000 hp.
I love the strv and my udes3 tds eh I felt this was good decision making key to watch the flow of battles on mini map and respond to where it is crucial for the team eh Enjoyed watching very real a familiar frustrating situations eh
Skill, probably you were recording this video around 2-3 days ago. If yes - I understand you so much because when I played Nomad this time I was making 3000-4000k dmg each battle and my team was melted by enemies. It was typical "exit damage" games with 40-50% WR like you.

Mountain pass was kinda ruined by the changes. Personally i wish i had wot plus because itd take the 3rd spot for blacklisted maps. Probably wont make a difference because im for what ever reason getting black listed maps still.

I love TDs and absolutely hate the strv s1, 103 etc. I have never had a single game in them where I can say that was not that bad of a game. Even with games where I do amazing I still cant stand that tank line.

A beautiful credit maker, but reacently i got my hands on ka-ri that replaced s1 as my credit farmer. Btw elc bis tier 5 light tank video last time 2021. I know low tier shitter but its such a beautiful tank.
This, the ka ri and bisconte are my fav premiums to play and also earn money. The S1, insane gun, fast, insane camo and VR. The ammo is nuts, prints credits. The secret op thing about the s1, is its siege mode is the same as the strv b tier X. While the udes and tier 9 dont, they get alot of bloom when aiming in siege, this and the tier X dont, so imo it is much better than udes tier 8, but the tier 9 is awesome. Think its a slept on tank, if your top tier you can push medium line, most mediums at tier 8 are 90 and below, except the lis, 30b, vtu. So you can do some brawling. The one drawback is it is team dependant like all tds, but its camo, speed and view range means (over 500 vr and around 50 camo with food and binocs) if its a 3 on 3 late game you can clutch quite well. 10/10 recomend to anyone.
Skill please play T25/2 and test it out again, your last update for it on Skill4ltu index was almost 3 years ago. I tried it out after enjoying the Hellcat and it sucks ass, I want to sell and forget it but I also want the T28 Prot. . Urrggghhh...
Strv S1 is one of the few premium tanks where you don't really need to use gold ammunition, which is why it's such a pleasure to earn money with it.
