Vitamin-A, Vitamin-E & Vitamin-D Analysis Using HPLC_Part-1 (Sample Preparation)

  • Vitamin-A, Vitamin-E and Vitamin-D are most common among the fat-soluble vitamins. Quantitative determination of Vitamin-A and Vitamin-E in food are most important test parameter specially for food samples. Quantification of the Vitamin-A, D & E using HPLC is most precise and widely used method. Sample preparation is very crucial step of this test. This video represents a detailed procedure of the sample preparation for the determination of Vitamin-A, Vitamin-E & Vitamin-D using HPLC.

      Can not.all evaporate.ccondencer or long glass tube required air cooling condencer.

      @@StunnedWithMe Taste, Odor are thr sensory evaluation. You can do it by yourself.
      Just take smell of the sample or take taste of that sample and write the observations in your reports.

      No specific reference method is possible to say. It is in-house developed method. We took idea from AOAC method of retinol determination and other journals.
