- Vitamin-A, Vitamin-E and Vitamin-D are most common among the fat-soluble vitamins. Quantitative determination of Vitamin-A and Vitamin-E in food are most important test parameter specially for food samples. Quantification of the Vitamin-A, D & E using HPLC is most precise and widely used method. Sample preparation is very crucial step of this test. This video represents a detailed procedure of the sample preparation for the determination of Vitamin-A, Vitamin-E & Vitamin-D using HPLC.

Plz make one vedio on food sample analysis at industrial level.. Kind request🙏🏼🙏🏼
Which test parameter of food do you want?
@@MicroChemsExperiments i want to learn about sensory evaluation of food at industrial levels!
@@StunnedWithMe Taste, Odor are thr sensory evaluation. You can do it by yourself.
Just take smell of the sample or take taste of that sample and write the observations in your reports.
thank you so much
You're welcome!

Please 🙏 make video on water soluble video
how about light and heat that occur in preparation? is the vitamin is not reduced?
Light should not be present during sample preparation and analysis. But as the video need to be carried out, we analysed it in presence of light
