I am a biology graduate and working as an laboratory analyst for 1.5 years. For I only working with traditional microbiology testing procedures, it is so hard for me to understand how PCR works. This video helps me a lot as a total beginner in molecular biology. Thank you USDA and Dr. Alexandra.
