@@creativemind1422 Wow, thank you for asking. I am feeling AWESOME! So HIGH naturally and so awake. This video had a huge impact on me. I am WEED FREE! BEST Christmas gift ever. I quit cold turkey. I don't do any other substance. I've been hiking everyday. Sleep was okay the first few days, but I am going through some insomnia now , but it's worth is and this too shall pass.
I was a chronic all day, all night until I passed out pot head.
I hope this inspires others reading this.
Nobody said it would be easy, but it is WORTH IT. I actually found it pretty easy because I wanted to quit on my own accord.

Once when i volunteered for Inner Engineering, there was a participant who was an alcoholic. He hadnt slept once in the last 10 years without having alcohol and he couldnt sleep without it. Just 2 days into inner engineering and he didnt drink that night. The next day again he didnt. And then on he just didnt. He shared this on the last day crying wondering how this was even possible for him. He practices shambhavi everyday now and is out of addictions completely without making any effort.

I hope you don't mind if I ask what you smoked and how much roughly? The problem with any addiction is it's a vice that people enjoy to some degree or at least did initially. I personally think that "almost" all vices should be looked at very much the same way. Take a long enough break to get your body, heart and mind back to health. You'll see that you come to enjoy clarity and in many ways feel recharged/reborn, then get to a place where your strong enough accept it for what it is, you might find that your never able to go back to it for various reasons.
But there is a lot to be said for the enjoyment, stress relief, feelings that various "vices" can help with. The problem is it's very easy for the odd ritual to become habitual. Obviously a lot easier said than done especially when it comes to certain highly addictive ones, although they say sugar is considerably more addictive than cocaine and certainly not healthy for us. Guess any additive in life can become toxic when abused or one becomes dependent on

Its all about how mentally strong you are. If your mind says you can then definately it will stimulate you to do. I was smoking 2 packets of cigaratte a day during 2016-2017 and prior to that 1 packet of cigaratte in a day. Suddenly oneday My mind says you have to give up then next day onwards i have not touched any cigaratte till date. Conclusion is that try to know the art of regulating your own mind. If you look for any solution or try to give up means you can never give up. Give up means give up there should not be any hesitant or fluctuation of mind.

Yesterday was my 100th day since quitting cold turkey. I managed to do it by telling myself I will just have one later. But Yesterday, we celebrated with nice dinner, and making a big deal about the days like this seems like it will make it impossible for me to go back to smoking, the sense of accomplishment so that there is actually something there not worth throwing away. And I went and socialized with friends who smoke, the place i used to chainsmoke, and kept strong. I came home, and I couldn't even bring my jacket into the house because of the stink! Doesn't smell good to me anymore, tastes gross, expensive,... you know all the reasons it is STUPID! The cigarettes really did make me "low" I would have to lay down 10 minutes after feeling like crap! Then your subconscious begins to question you, asking you why your destroying yourself!?

I quit a year ago after a big battle against nicotine addiction for 15 years , i actually tried to stop before for 3 months but went back to nicotine, now im 1 year smoke free, what really convinced me to stop nicotine in all its forms is the fact that a non smokers mood is better then a smoker even while the smoker is smoking his cig and getting that buzz a non smoker is still feeling better unbelievable right?! I thought it was a joke and i said to myself let me quit smoking and find out and i can tell you this, me quitting nicotine is the best thing i ever did in my life i feel free i breath air instead of chemicals and smoke i feel very confident and my mood is very good dont get irritated or sad or angry quickly like when i was a nicotine addict, its amazing feeling i know you can do it just convince your mind and brain that nicotine brings stress and then traps you in a nicotine withdrawal stress your whole life if you dont quit

Starting few days could be tough but once u r into 4th week , u hv said goodbye to cigs. Also, I achieved it with the minimal use of nicotex. I used 7 tablets in the first month, that’s it! Now i feel proud of myself! Will definitely pen down this milestone in near time.

      Don't think it's easy
Because they already completely addicted to it
There are many couples who taken divorce just because the husband have smoking habit and she don't like that smell
And there are many families suffering economically also because people who earn very less amount per day and they spent a quarter of it for drinking and family face every negative consequences
It's all because they know that's bad that's the reason for problems but addicted if he gets any irritation or frustration or any sad feeling again he approaches that way because that's give him somewhat relief
Because he have never experienced a Great feeling that that feeling which comes by their addiction
As my opinion 80 percent of people are having addictions
Good or bad addiction is not good
There are people with good addictions still ruined life because they can't quit
It's time bring higher experiences in life without intervention of outside substances
      Yoga meditation and right food
      Right sleeping habits
Enough life automatically comes into our hands
May be you have high self restraining capability that's why you don't think it's tough to quit those addictions

Through listening to and watching Prof Sadhguru talk, I am able to identify that a majority of us do things not aware of the reasons around that. But I am glad that he is able to bring light to us, instead of judging, he offers a way for reasoning and putting one in a spot for reflection.
