I cannot tell you just how excited I am! Folks, I realize that she made this video two years ago, but it is still very special today...
I almost made my very own RUclips video to show you what i figured out, and i still will if someone needs me to, but here's what i figured out...
Using this beautiful lady's recipe and these Fall-Themed Mini Loaf Pans that I had gotten from Dollar Tree (search for that online so you can find similar), I made my own miniature bar cake! It was truly a wonderful moment.
Basing my project off her timing of 1 minute for a ramekin, I went 1.5 minutes in the microwave. It still needed a bit of cooking, so i threw it in my Power XL air fry grill oven for 15 minutes. (It was a cold oven to start.)
I wish i could show you how pretty it turned out! Oh my goodness, i can't wait to get this thing glazed, but I'm waiting until tomorrow. I made this for my diabetic husband who only eats about as badly as the American diet gets. I truly think he's going to like it! I used a brown sugar blend made up of Splenda and real brown sugar. I looked it up, and as long as you budget for it and aren't eating the whole thing, you CAN eat real sugar! I hope you'll consider giving this a try. If you like it, you can try various mug cakes this way, and then at your next get- together, you can have a few cute miniature diet cakes out there for people to take a small slice and try!
I'M SO EXCITED TO SHOW THIS TO MY HUSBAND! I hate that he's asleep, but it will make a fun surprise tomorrow! 😊 YAY!!!!! 🎉

You guys and channel’s like it keep people like going strong every day. Making the cake today waiting for it to cool to ice it. But the batter so far was very delicious.

@@cjsketokitchen I put the batter from the second batch in my refrigerator. The next day when I got off from work, I already had it in the ramekin and popped it in the microwave. I was afraid it wasn't going to be any good because it sat in the fridge since the day before. It was still good! 😃

Hello CJ and Sarah I just made this recipe…OMG I was blown away with how delicious and moist it came out. I’m glad you recommended doing one ramekin at a time. My first one was overflowing although I was careful to divide the batter into the 2 ramekins. I believe my ramekins were too small. The second cake I made in a mug and that came out perfect. I either need larger ramekins or just use another mug.

I made this and it was delicious. I didn’t have heavy cream or butter so I made the cake without them and it still tasted amazing. I usually don’t like keto mug cake recipes so that fact that I liked this one is actually shocking to me. New staple in my diet tysm ❤️

I heard you say you were in Washington and I was delighted. I grew up in Washington, in Kirkland, and still have family in surrounding areas. I love the state, I used to wake up and see Mt. Honestly, keto is the diet I practice, but fasting is my lifestyle. I have been more consistent with it since the first past of May. But really, my clothing choices also either highlight or hide my shape.😆I always seem to look different.

Some people can eat dessert every day and lose weight on keto… Some people can eat dessert once a month and still have trouble losing weight. Unfortunately, there’s no way of guessing that without trying it. You just have to eat and see what happens. Lol 🤣
