The BedRug is soft on the knees and great for an overnight outdoor adventure. The truck bed liners offer a molded foam design. The sides zip together to the floor and the complete unit attaches to the floor with hook and loop fasteners (similar to Velcro). Plan about 20-30 minutes.

Very good video. I hope you keep working on the fitment. The fit in the corner @ 15:00 is poor and behind the wheel wells is too big of a gap.

How does this affect the in bed audio? Is this an all weather rug that can be taken through a car wash? I love the look need to know about any issues before purchase thanks.

Wow, wow, wow... I can't believe I didn't think to test the sound on the in bed audio system!!!
I would imagine that some treble would be cut but the sidewall material is extremely light for as strong as it is so I don't think you'd lose too much volume, especially since your entire bulkhead and sidewalls are essentially your speaker cones.
As far as water, that won't hurt the BedRug, in fact, the product is a bed liner made of 100% polypropylene. Because it's synthetic, mold and mildew can not feed on it but I would recommend removing excess water with a wet/dry vac so that it doesn't become stagnant.
I also always recommend a good Gator Cover for that bed so you can shelter your cargo from the elements, help secure your stuff from theft and keep Bubba from throwing his garbage into your bed. Too many people think an open truck bed is their personal trash can! LOL
You can also get a power lock that works with your tailgate so that it locks and unlocks with your doors. Ridgeline is really cool and there are a few "must haves" to get the most out of it. Let me know if you come up with any other questions!

BedRug also offers a product for just the floor of the bed - a mat. I opted for that for two reasons. First, its impact on the in-bed audio as you mentioned. Second, the floor of a truck bed is what takes the beating, so I'm not really worried about protecting the bed's sides. I found my way to this video because I just received my bed mat and was looking for a how-to installation video. The video deviates from the printed instructions that come with the product in a couple of ways. First, there are slits in the rug where the cleats are attached to the bed floor, so you can simply slip the rug over the cleats cleanly. I do see where the video's approach does afix the rug in a very sturdy way. I'll just use the slits and see how that works, knowing that I can always revert to the video's approach if need be. Second, the installer preps more than one area at a time with the alcohol and the adhesive promoter. The instructions are very specific about this, saying that you should clean, apply promoter and adhere each hook fastener before moving on to the next one. Doing it the video way, you do run the risk of contaminating the contact point of the ones you're doing subsequent to the first one. If my install experience provides what I think might be valuable information not provided in the video, I'll post it here.

    IS this waterproof?

Yes, the BedRug products are going to be waterproof. They are made of a closed cell polypropylene and therefore water cannot pass through the liner.
