Mashed Potatoes With Gravy Sauce Recipe - Pinoy Style

How to make and cook Mashed potatoes with gravy sauce recipe. If you want to make mashed potatoes like the on from KFC you can do this by yourself at home. With just potatoes, milk and butter you could already make your favorite comfort food.
Mashed Potato Ingredients:
1.188 grams Potatoes
1/3 Cup Milk
100 grams Butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Rock Salt
Gravy Sauce Ingredients:
5 Tablespoon Butter
5 Tablespoon All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Water
250 ml Chicken Evap
Black Pepper
1 Piece Beef Cubes
1/2 teaspoon Sage
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
1-2 teaspoon Soy Sauce

I think its better to microwave and melt the butter with the milk so the mashed potato would be more smooth but overall a good and simple recipe❤❤
